I've work with this company for 10 years . I never do reviews but this company is awful. I only use them because I have to by law and that's the only reason they are still in business. Bad call back and horrible customer service.
I was a CSR for this company 1 year 8 1/2 months. I want to how many times you were given any satisfaction for work you do for this company. Instead of thank you for the work you do the supervisor sits in chair the looks at computer all day in air conditioner waiting for the check at the end of the week & bonus at the end of the year. Never verify customer satisfaction. I discovered supervisor is only the name of the position. How do they know the mistake and never leave the office to supervise the unfinished work of others? The supervisor rather intimidate the employer to complete the work at a certain time to receive a larger bonus. Don"t mind the amount of work, trouble for work not being completed the day prior, and most of all traffic. Intimidation will cause an individual to have an accident. And when you don't follow the intimidation you lose your job. This is why I lost my job, because I was always trying to put the customer first.

I love Champion brand, Champion brand. It's like buying yourself a brand new car, affordable, reliable, great customer service, great employees, great management skills. if I had to choose any company to ever work for or buy from it will be Champion brand.
Worst experience to talk to the new sales person. The sales person who have worked with us for 8 years, was very nice, but quit already.
The new sales person never call us to ask us if we need beers. We have to call the company number to reach her. And one time I said that I wanted to talk to the manager, but the sales person said ok, but she put another sales person on the phone which is NOT the manager. And the second sales person who had talked to me gave me the attitude, but she said because I was rude. That is so funny, because she said the manager would not talk to me, okay, so why you guys have manager there? And in my memories, the manager work over there is a very nice guy,Except they change the manager??
This place is a pleasure to deliver to. The docks are super- clean and easy to back in to. If you're lucky enough to get the spot next to the pond, take it, and shut your engine off. The geese love to rest here and it makes for a VERY relaxing stop. Unfortunately, the dock jockey is very friendly, kind, and efficient. He's quick, so you won't be here long.
