this placed stole my money and never sent me my items, stay away from this company it is the lowest of the lowest

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! No customer service, and when my order eventually did show up the items were extremely cheaply made and definitely not quality at all. Paper thin and feels like they are made of cardboard! Would give zero stars all the way around if I could!

Online, I love their sale items, recently an acrylic sweater dress. Haband offers budget buys not superb/luxury quality. Often, the style/cut of garments is for slender people. No problem with delivery. Online you can immediately see if item is in stock.

I never signed up for "VIP PLUS" with Haband and every month they are charging my credit card a fee of $14.97. They were nice enough to cancel the account but I should have never had one. Lucky I noticed it or I would be out that fee every month for nothing.'

Worst customer service ever! I received 2 pr. jeans on Dec. 6 after waiting nearly a month for delivery (due to transit delays). The sizing, style and Brand name are the same as a pair I already own so I didn't try them on (believing the sizing would match the pair I had). Later, after I had discarded the return/exchange packing slip and return postage label) I found that the sizing was NOT the same. The new jeans were 1 1/2 inches 'smaller' in the hip and 1 1/2 inches 'longer' in length. As these are a Petite size (for my short height)...the new ones were too long and also not comfortable in the hip (as the pair I already owned). So, to return I put in the proper info. and asked for an emailed return label. I was refused it! They (the reps.) kept saying "we already mailed you one". Yes!....but I didn't use it....so I need another pre-paid sent to me. Upon receipt of my merchandise they can deduct the cost from my Visa, which is how it's always done. I just got off the phone with another rep. who said Haband can send me a mailing label by regular mail and it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get here! This is outrageous! I was also informed (on the returns page) that packages returned without a packing slip would take "longer than usual to process". So, if I want to get any credit for my returned pants I must pay out-of-pocket (from here, it will cost about $20! This is more than half of the cost of my pants!! Ridiculous! I paid $8.98 shipping on this order to begin with, so it shouldn't cost $20 to return it! I'll never buy another item (as I have in the past and had no problem with return then) from Haband. Very customer unfriendly!

So far waiting on a response from customer service no response. Two weeks of waiting on 4 sweatpants. I didn t read the reviews first. I'm learning not to trust all companies. I'm reading reviews on companies that I don't know. If your in NJ I should have received this by now.

I ordered 2 shirts and 2 pants for my elderly dad. The order took weeks to receive and when arrived, was missing one of the shirt! I thought it was back ordered, but never got any notice about it, and the email sent said it was shipped. When I called the company or tried to get help, none was available! I never got a refund for the shirt that did not arrive...is there an internal problem in this company??? NEVER buy from this company, not reputable at all.

Ordered several brand name items that my mom asked for on Wednesday, they arrived on Saturday. Reasonable pricing. Older reviews weren't great, so pleasantly surprised. We had a great experience.

with American Citizens ?
Praising so much to make America
great, and giving our jobs overseas,
just because they provide a cheaper
work ...
Anyway, seems it takes forever for
the products been shipped (which
were available), over 20 days and I am
still waiting...
Never more I will buy something
at Haband !
