Worst customer service ever! I received 2 pr. jeans on Dec. 6 after waiting nearly a month for delivery (due to transit delays). The sizing, style and Brand name are the same as a pair I already own so I didn't try them on (believing the sizing would match the pair I had). Later, after I had discarded the return/exchange packing slip and return postage label) I found that the sizing was NOT the same. The new jeans were 1 1/2 inches 'smaller' in the hip and 1 1/2 inches 'longer' in length. As these are a Petite size (for my short height)...the new ones were too long and also not comfortable in the hip (as the pair I already owned). So, to return I put in the proper info. and asked for an emailed return label. I was refused it! They (the reps.) kept saying "we already mailed you one". Yes!....but I didn't use it....so I need another pre-paid sent to me. Upon receipt of my merchandise they can deduct the cost from my Visa, which is how it's always done. I just got off the phone with another rep. who said Haband can send me a mailing label by regular mail and it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get here! This is outrageous! I was also informed (on the returns page) that packages returned without a packing slip would take "longer than usual to process". So, if I want to get any credit for my returned pants I must pay out-of-pocket (from here, it will cost about $20! This is more than half of the cost of my pants!! Ridiculous! I paid $8.98 shipping on this order to begin with, so it shouldn't cost $20 to return it! I'll never buy another item (as I have in the past and had no problem with return then) from Haband. Very customer unfriendly!
