Very nice hotel, tasteful decor in friendly staff good food, indoor and out pools with lots of beauty and beautiful scenery, food very good. Rooms large and clean but the beds leave nothing to be desired, the mattresses are uncomfortable soft and already a little crooked, at least my, the cushions are also difficult to position from below the neck as they are too soft, did not sleep well. Still, I intend to return with the family expecting to find better mattresses at that time for the blessed repose of all the elements of the family.

Unforgettable! All great. Accommodation, restaurant, the view, the quiet ... And the pool ... That fantastic pool and the saunas. To be repeated, no doubt.

Overall a good place to stay with nice view over the mountain. The pools are a good addon to the place. The less positive things are that the place is a little hot due to the windows all over the place and the fact that people wander with bath ropes all over the place.

It is already the third time that I came to this hotel, but this time there were things that disappointed me.
The room I was in was full of dust, from the walls to the curtains! The bath had mold on the sides.
In addition, there are signs of old age in the hotel. In the pools, for example, there were pieces coming out of the bottom of the pool, there are areas where it seems that there are infiltrations, the windows need an arrangement, the roof of the Aquadome must not be cleaned for years, etc.

Great place to relax. Ideal for families with children.

Everything was really good. Pools are amazing to relax and to ease all sorts of pain. The suite was spacious and clean. Only thing that I recommend to owners is that there's no availability of a recycle bin in the bedroom

I visited this hotel in 2012 I was amazed at the time I came back in 2016 I enjoyed it but I was no longer amazed as in the previous visit now in late September 2019 to make this hotel known to couple friend I returned to this hotel which remains one of the best spas but I come to highlight some flaws detected by me and in order to help improve: bathroom inadequate bathtub nowadays very weak shower, mattresses improving too, spa zone sauna without hourglass to mark time what For practitioners a serious fault and inexpensive fix placement of lighting in it, malfunctioning shower 360, generally a decrease in quality in the spa area main reason for most visitors to dine with a slight decrease in quality. In the middle of the field there is this imposing Spa and Hospitality complex. Without being hosted in it you can enjoy the Moutain Spa which is stunning and still current.

I've been trying to make a reservation for 4 days since 10 in the morning, the phone rings and gives a recorder conversation and after 6 minutes they hang up.
When they try to answer me on the fourth attempt, they do not know how to answer, they say they are going to send an email with the carnival program to which they have already spent half an hour and no email. Score. Still they hung up on me! ????

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway or a few days. Inspired by the concept of well-being, the heated swimming pool (starts inside and extends from the outside), sauna area and various therapies are the highlight. The building is unusual in our country, probably inspired by Swiss mountain hotels, it is imposing and beautiful.
The service and facilities are six stars, the rooms (if you have a balcony) super well equipped. Negative point for the mattress and pillows a little stiff for the expected. Breakfast is reasonable and with a lot of options. The hotel is the swimming pools, the surrounding area and the building. Plan to return at the peak of winter.

I just do not give the maximum score because the food does not match the quality of the hotel at the food level, very frankly I can say I had one of the worst lunches I can remember not county to eat there.

Spectacular location. Stunning building. Rooms with the best dimensions, decor and amenities. I advise the Aquadome experience. The last visit was on Valentine's Day and compared to the first time 5 years ago, they turned that night into a special night, with its own space, special decor, superb menu, pleasant room and table service, and live music from excellent quality.

Top quality! Worth every cent you spend. The staff is incredibly nice, the restaurant has a chef that will guarantee you'll get great food, the spa services are great and swimming pools (which are the main attraction) are just fabulous. Only downside I found: you can't control room temperature, but that won't stop me from going there again.
