Good fitness center and decent gym shame about the enormous parking difficulties

Beautiful but dirty ... the instructors snubbed you ... the kind hospitality

The gym is perfect. Gorgeous. I would dare to say almost luxury. Just a shame that every year the costs increase dramatically and without putting on brakes. Instructors if you are not the one chasing them, it's like they are not there. Furthermore the pool is charged separately.
Positive note? Group courses. That's enough.

The morning instructors are very polite, but the Turkish bath never works, the sauna is used by those who swim and constantly stinks of chlorine, as well as being always occupied by towels. Children roam free in the bathrooms for adults, and even after reporting the situation is not resolved.
Some instructors, including one of the managers, are very rude, and the subscribers are overly insistent, even when all the problems are present, and the reasons why they do not come back, they also call three times a week. A nightmare

Extremely helpful staff, super new structure. Changing rooms always clean and courses in the pool at all times and every day (something that I had never found elsewhere, for this alone deserve 5 stars).

Refund requested as an alternative to the voucher (as required by law) for a course in which my son only took 2 lessons and which he could not use when reopened for transfer. After 5 months and a middle lawyer, Mr. Roberto - who at first said he was in favor of the reimbursement - refuses to deliver a check for 150 due to me. Bad management of customers both on his part and his staff: rudeness, arrogance, vulgarity, attitudes bordering on bullying and ridicule. I realize that with this review I will never see my money again, but it doesn't matter: it is right that in the neighborhood we know who we are talking about. I will certainly proceed with a warning, I am only sorry that a possible complaint would lead to nothing, otherwise I would proceed with that too. Stay away.

In addition, for the answer: Mr. Roberto has been denied on the phone since 12/10. On 16/10 he refused to give check to my lawyer and today (despite my proxy sent by certified e-mail) he also denied with my mother who was on site for the withdrawal of the same. I tried calling him 3 times today only, but to no avail. 5 minutes after the review, he magically reappeared contacting my lawyer. I report the facts (obviously documentable), defamation is anything but. Good things.

I did gym there for a year and I was very followed by the instructors! Clean changing rooms, there is also a sauna and a Turkish bath. The swimming pool is really big and always clean!

Very organized gym, only those who can swim all styles (frog, dolphin, back, crawl) can access for a day at the pool (without inscription). Excellent staff and careful not to miss any detail.

Today was the day of the swim for my 5 year old. We arrive and there was a boy at the counter telling me without any kindness that the test would have cost 15 euros ! I had never had to do a test in a gym and pay all this money! Then I take the money and put it on the counter (I admit, a little annoyed) and he tells me: maybe next time he'll avoid throwing them in my face !! I was stunned! I had no ready answer. Maybe I should get the money back and run away! But I was inside, with my son ready ... and I went. I state that I had chosen that time because they told me that the children were only 4. Instead I find myself witnessing something absurd! I am a poor swimming teacher intent on managing not 4 but 10 children between 4 and 5 years who had never set foot in the water so who is crying about who screams down. In all this the pool is small and there is a glass from which to watch the children. Here it seemed an infernal limbo: parents crushed on the glass intent on watching their children "swim"! I wonder how they can learn to swim if the poor instructor instead of having the opportunity to teach, finds himself having to do the octopus to pick up these screaming and frightened children. Anyways ... after an hour squashed to the glass I go to the locker room and I am going to shower my baby. Here is the most exhilarating thing: a boy arrives, puts on a raincoat and slippers opens all the showers and starts washing the children! That is, he washes them! I didn't believe my eyes! I don't have my son washed by a stranger while the parent is forbidden (obviously I wouldn't have come in with shoes but I had clean slippers ready)! At that point I dried my son without washing it and ran away. I will never set foot there again!
