Refund requested as an alternative to the voucher (as required by law) for a course in which my son only took 2 lessons and which he could not use when reopened for transfer. After 5 months and a middle lawyer, Mr. Roberto - who at first said he was in favor of the reimbursement - refuses to deliver a check for 150 due to me. Bad management of customers both on his part and his staff: rudeness, arrogance, vulgarity, attitudes bordering on bullying and ridicule. I realize that with this review I will never see my money again, but it doesn't matter: it is right that in the neighborhood we know who we are talking about. I will certainly proceed with a warning, I am only sorry that a possible complaint would lead to nothing, otherwise I would proceed with that too. Stay away.

In addition, for the answer: Mr. Roberto has been denied on the phone since 12/10. On 16/10 he refused to give check to my lawyer and today (despite my proxy sent by certified e-mail) he also denied with my mother who was on site for the withdrawal of the same. I tried calling him 3 times today only, but to no avail. 5 minutes after the review, he magically reappeared contacting my lawyer. I report the facts (obviously documentable), defamation is anything but. Good things.
