Excellent, but not excellent organization. Staff ready, attentive, prepared, satisfying in the morning, perhaps because full of energy; the afternoon a bit absent, not tired but perhaps tried from the day.The equipment is perfect, clean and it is very important, but .... if there was air conditioning, or at least forced ventilation would be at least three points in favor .
