This is a great place to have rest. It is close to the city center. Room service is very good. They are smiling all the time, and when you have any problem they are trying to solve it.

One of the most wonderful hotels I have ever been to. Staff and facilities are amazing.

This must be one of the nicest places to stay in Pau, worth every one of it's 5 stars, usually in France the star system seems irrelevant and unrepresentative compared the rest of the world but here I believe this hotel is a true 5 star. The room was well furnished, everything very comfortable. The restaurant served great tasting food although a little pricey and underwhelming in size. The WiFi was free and easily accessed but speeds were not the best.

The hotel is a short walk from the city centre and close by to a very nice park in case you want to take a walk, parking was free and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would return if in Pau again.

Very nice hotel. Stayed for 4days on business.There was an initial problem with my booking but staff there sorted it out no fuss. Rooms were excellent. Restaurants and bars were equally excellent. Gym is not really a gym, its a tiny exercise room with treadmills and bikes. I didn't use pool but it looked lovely. Location is nice to walk in the evening. Will try stay here when i am in the region again.
