This hotel is much nicer than I have expected. I booked it last week last minute as I had a wedding close by. I booked the deluxe room which was part of the newer section of the hotel.

The room had an open concept which I loved and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside for me is that none of the rooms in the newer section had King size bed. (I always request king size as my boyfriend loves to take 3/4 of the bed) lol.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever are in the Boucherville area! Totally worth it for the price!

Expensive for no reason, considering it s not even in Montreal I shouldn t be paying almost $180/night. Hotel rooms are very old looking and washroom has barely any lighting. Bring a flashlight lol.

We booked a room for work, the audio service was impeccable, but a vacuum on the carpet would have been desirable. But since I have been there several times for banquets and other events, overall it is very good.

Establishments very well located near services and several restaurants. A lot of parking space. Place very clean and well maintained. Beautiful conference center with independent entrance. Several services and visual support for the rooms. Several sizes available.

The front desk service was very friendly and prompt. The room was quite dated, although the bathrooms seemed more modern. I was too hot at night and couldn't figure out how to set the heat lower than 20C. There were no paper cups to make a coffee to go in the morning. The pool was closed for maintenance, unfortunately. I used the gym and it was well equipped, although a weight bench would be a nice addition to the dumbbells.

Was there for a conference. What a beautiful hotel!

The service on the room was good. The room was extremely freezing though, despite the many times we told the hotel to boost the heat, we kept out jackets on the whole day... The cold lunch was ok
.. hot water for the tea was missing for a while. But overall the service and the look of hotel is good.

Ask the renovated part, the rooms are really beautiful, contemporary and up to date. By cons, the mirror is very far from the sink, very unpleasant when we have needs. Good food at the restaurant, not too expensive (for dinner, for cons the lunches are expensive) and a choice anyway diversified.

From the moment we checked in for our 3 night stay...

From the moment we checked in for our 3 night stay at Hotel Mortagne we were impressed. The hotel staff were nothing but exceptional in their attentiveness and courtesy that they extended to not just myself but my wife and 2 year old son as well. Our room was so well appointed with a very clean bathroom. Our little boy really enjoyed having space to play in the room. The selection of 5 different types of kcups was a welcome addition in the morning. The hotel itself is very clean and modern in design. We had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's Sens restaurant every day of our stay. It was exceptional. The service was spot on. The food was fabulous. The portions were perfect. Plating and presentation gorgeous. Quality ingredients star in all their delicious dishes. Isabelle, the restaurant manager was very welcoming and kind. Jean Marc Sr. Provided great service and was so thoughtful to go the extra mile to ensure that each dish came out exactly as we requested. Audrey was excellent at the front desk. She made sure that every aspect of our stay was wonderful. Our little boy says that his favorite part about the hotel was the pool. I travel quite a bit for business as I am a ballet instructor as well as a professional chef. I have my own tv show on Cogeco called The Dancing Chef. Your restaurant's chefs are a talented team, and they have inspired me to feature some of their creations on an episode of my show. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. I will be recommending your hotel to all of my colleagues and friends.
Sincerely,
Diego Arvelo

Nice hotel, everything fairly modern. For a 4 star hotel I was not entirely blown away. The room was very clean and the furnishing fairly average. It did have a few quirks, however. The water pressure in the sink was so overly powerful that it would splash out of the sink and potentially on you or all over the counter and the shower would leak water onto and across the bathroom floor, due to the tub being off-level. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience with easy check in and very friendly staff. Recommend for events or parties but not for road trips due to the higher price point and lack of included breakfast!

Decided to stay here for two nights while visiting Montreal. Hotel was undergoing construction and finding the entrance was a pain. First room we got had a old mold smell, changed to another room which was slightly better. Someone was stuck in the elevator the first night so everyone was stuck using the remaining one. Free internet was nice and bed was comfortable. Will be much better when construction is completed.
