Cozy, in a quiet neighborhood with all services. It's not a tourist area but you feel at home. Very good breakfast.

Hotel welcoming and comfortable. All services nearby. Nice staff and smiling. Superettes, metro, massages, restaurants, bars, tobaccos.

On-site presence for training. The place is welcoming. The meals on site were very good. The conference room in which we did the training was adapted, although a bit narrow.

Well organized in this recovery phase. The protocol in place allows us to feel secure.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
We had a kettle including free tea and loess coffee in the room. Small shops were right around the corner, the metro station was also within reach.

However, we were charged 2 days more breakfast than we had taken and only after a discussion was the bill correctly billed. I just found that unnecessary.

Reasonable price, walking distance to convention centre. Close to convention stop on metro. Free reliable internet.

Booked by mistake because confused with the Mercure in front of the exhibition center, the Accord Group site does not change because the rate was without cancellation! By contacting the customer service to explain the situation, idem: nothing to do.
The hotel itself is recommendable, offers rooms as comfortable as clean and the staff very pleasant.

Just because it is a hotel with human values !!!! Well done and thank you very much for what you do ...

Good hotel with varied breakfast. Room a little narrow for the price but we are in Paris so it seems logical

Very disappointed with the quality of this hotel.
1 / I made a reservation asking for a payment at check out because I owned convertible securities. The payment has been debited 48h after reservation.
2 / rather dubious hygiene
Odors of feet in cupboards, bed bug trap under bed
3 / sanitary are poor maintenance (black mold in the shower, no brush in the toilet, nozzles in the shower blocked by tartar).

Hotel clean, often available but without soul. We also regret the lack of small gestures of welcome kind drink offered.

It matches the stars well. It is simple and clean with very friendly staff.

Extremely expensive for what it is. Bathroom not modern, very basic room and the housekeeper allows himself to vacuum in front of the room in the morning at 9am (having put the silence panel). If you have read so far you will guess that I do not recommend this hotel.

Great central location 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel tower, rooms clean but a bit small.

Quite large rooms for a Parisian standard. Friendly service, very helpful. Breakfast will go away, unfortunately, but the price of breakfast does not reflect the quality. The hotel is located in a quiet area, there are bars and restaurants. The center is also nearby, the Arc de Triomphe can be reached on foot, about 20 minutes. Communication including metro is within walking distance.

Comfortable hotel to visit the city, with spacious rooms and good breakfast. It is well connected to the metro and buses if you prefer to be in a quiet area of the city to sleep, without the crowds of tourists.

On time when I was there hotel was almost full what caused that it was difficult to eat something on breakfast. Rooms are very small almost claustrophobic but in good sense of taste, clean.

It is one of the best hotels I've been, recently renovated and with all the comforts that the client desires today.

A very clean and well appointed room. A very pleasant desk service and a continental breakfast in the range, with the choice. The staff is very pleasant and smiling.

A nice hotel close to the metro and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and speak excellent English. The indoor parking garage is also very easy so that your car is safe.

ATTENTION FLIGHTS
Came one night, phone charger stolen from my room after cleaning was done.
Edit: no doubt, I spent the weekend in the hotel, only going out for lunch, of course without my phone charger. I was assured that you would call me back, which you did not do.

The staff was amazing and helpful and the room was lovely and clean. It's in a great location and is highly recommended. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.

the room is good enough, but we got a problem.
when we came in the first time, we found the fridge with drinks in, we thought that they are a part of room service, every day when we come, we drink 5 different cans such as cola and water etc.
we did not eat breakfast in hotelet.
when I need to check out and I would have my 200 euros as a deposit, the staff began by saying we have eaten twice breakfast at hotelets buffet. After a light discussion she agreed that I was right.
so she started with saying that we have been drinking from the minibar, I knew nothing about the minibar. They have not told me anything about it, and why should I pay 140 euros for soft drinks !!
I was very surprised that they took the unexpected money from me, and I asked her why they did not told me about the fridge in the room is a minibar. they took me up to the room to show me a paper with minibar prices. the paper was a little one who hid from many catalogs on the fridge !!

I think the mini bar prices should be hung on the fridge so people can read it, and they will not pay at the end of their journey not expected a large amount. and people who come from other countries will not have to guess money for a taxi.

what made me sad is that she called after security who stood beside her, like I'm doing something stupid fuss !!
Finally, I was lucky when I saved money in my purse, though that Paris is so expensive.
