Positive welcome, staff attire at the home leave desired for a 4 star hotel.
- Very very disappointed with the room We booked 17 days before our arrival a room with a bed for two people + underground parking, those was not the case in this hotel two single bed glued.
- no parking.
-When opening the window a lot of spiderweb

When we first arrived the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. This continued throughout our stay when we met all the staff, nothing was to much and they all were approachable and friendly. The rooms were also clean and tidy. We had a very enjoyable time. Will definitely stay again!
Expensive and very simple hotel. Like most of the mid range hotels in paris this was not different. Small rooms, bad breakfast and expensive for the value you get. Paris is a complicated city regardibg hotels. You have to really pay a lot to get a nice place.

A relatively small hotel with 52 rooms in the 15th arr. located in a side street. Despite some confusion with the booking portal, the service was very friendly. We didn't use the breakfast because we visited our family. Paris visitors know that the rooms are as small as the apartments here because they are so expensive. You could just about the large double bed. Two consoles, a luggage bench, a small desk with a kettle and 2 seating furniture complete the room. The house makes a neat impression. The room and bathroom were clean. There was everything the prospectus promised. It is about 500 meters to the Seine or the Generali balloon or about 2 kilometers to the Eiffel Tower. France went on strike and there were some restrictions. All in all a good place for a city break if you just want to sleep in the room.
Correct home, clean room but limited space for two people, tiny closet and no place to put away or put a suitcase! Rich breakfast but room invaded by noisy customers, incorrect but the staff did nothing under the pretext that they are customers ... But those who suffer are also customers!

Its a very nice hotel to stay in quite near from the metro station staff is very kind and polite rooms are little small but that doesn't matter when you have gone to explore the city definitely recommended.
The reception is very nice, the staff is smiling. Breakfast side nothing wrong, there is choice and the products are fresh. The hotel is very quiet and very well maintained. And the big plus is a WiFi powered fiber optic for a quality connection.
Not all staff are friendly and helpful. There are also few who speak English, so communication is sometimes difficult. The parking garage is very tight and regularly full (despite having already paid for it) but you can also park your car outside in the area. Room was cleaned well and breakfast was fine.

The staff is very professional and welcoming ... the rooms are spacious and impeccable .... the breakfast is perfect pt and the space is cocooning .... a Mercure to discover 2 steps from the tram .... metro .... and several bus lines .....

I returned yesterday from Paris finally leaving this hotel, as soon as you enter the hotel you are enchanted, but it is only appearance !!!! Pessimooo service, the waiters are rude, clean, non-existent, as soon as you get close to the elevators you smell dog piss, eat very badly and above all there were people who were gluten intolerant (qst the hotel had been warned beforehand) but they brought food by pretending to be celiac and a girl got sick !!! . I have traveled enough to be able to say that I have never seen a place like this in my life! Assuming that I am a very tolerant and elastic person ..... NEVER MORE IN THIS HOTEL NEVER AGAIN WITH THE FRENCHES.
