Very rude receptionists and they told me off for forgetting my card in the room. Also I was staying for a week and I had only once room service. The breakfast is less than basic. I would not recommend it at all

Very welcoming reception, friendly staff and listening to give tourist information, rather nice rooms, level maintains some small effort to make dust .. but overall very well.
There are many suspicious shops near Moulin Rouge, but if you get used to it you will be fine. There is a coin laundry in the basement. Buy coins at the front desk for 5 for laundry and 4 for 20 minutes of drying. Let dry in the bathroom. The room is large and beautiful. The Metro and the bus stop are nearby, making it easy to go anywhere. In particular, you can get to the Arc de Triomphe by bus, and from there the airport bus. Garnier and ruble number 93, Orsay also one by bus.
Very hot, there was a fan in the room that did not work and in three days claiming it they were not able to replace it and a short breakfast variety. That yes the room with views .... To the cemetery of montmatre
The staff and the lobby area where we had access to free espresso s and pastries during our stay was the reason for my rating. The balcony door in room 120 is not good though as there is no step to climb up to the door and so it felt like climbing through a window. Not good for my back. And the view of a building was not so great but as we were only there 6 days it was good enough! Because we were out a lot exploring Paris. A truly beautiful city other than the rats running the heart of the city itself and the graffiti on the majority of their city buildings.
Although the building is old and in some places it shows, it is extremely comfortable, well equipped and functional. At all times we were well taken care of, it is excellently located there are many businesses near several medium-sized shopping malls and a couple of supermarkets including one that opens 24 hours, it is right next to the cemetery, from my room I could see a part of it even, already a couple of blocks is the moulin rouge
Great hotel wonderfully quiet and nice clean rooms. Downstairs there is a cozy space where you can relax while enjoying a cup of tea. Parking garage available for all guests. 25 euros per day and approximately 115 euros per week. Pretty good for Parisian terms, although neoparking is of course cheaper. Reception is very customer friendly. Supermarket and moulin rouge around the corner. A kitchen with everything on it and even a dishwasher. Handy only not used. Booked through trivago. You can also book directly
A mini apartment in the Parisian metropolis. For those who do not want to spend all the money in the hotel, this is the right solution. Each apartment has many services inside: a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, safe and Wi-Fi. You can access a common terrace from which you can enjoy the sunset overlooking the cathedral.
Incredible that paying 115 Euros a night they don't do beding, change towels, soap or even enter in the room to do anything during 5 days. In addition the breakfast cost you 13Euros and it is worst a free breakfast I had in other hotels way cheaper. Not recommended.
good hotel with all necessary facilties like equipped bathroom, mini kitchen (with utensils), iron for cloths, paid laundary service, Clean room, breakfast available, polite & helping staff. AIrport shuttle available at cheap price (only for a group of minimum 8)
In itself quite okay, rooms are only cleaned once a week, as well as trash cans emptied. But one thing really disappointed me recently. I forgot my 2 jackets in the hotel room. When I called the hotel they claimed the 2 jackets were not there. However, that is impossible. I can understand when something small, forgotten, is lost, but not 2 jackets! It's a shame.
Absolutely beautiful! Lovely staff, great location, great views. People I saw complained about the Graveyard but it's not actually that bad. Our room had a beautiful view, nice kitchen and bathroom. It was small but definitely perfect for us. Everything was clean and lovely. Definitely staying here when in Paris again.
Are wonderful sized apartment, self contained ,clean with an balcony overlooking the Montmartre cemetery and bridge ,that added to the vibe of Paris. Helpful staff at check in .....would stay here again in a heart beat. Handy to metro and great cafes.
Apartments with kitchenettes. Close to two metro stations. Silence, good standard, friendly service. The lack of a sink in the toilet is troublesome (the sink is in the bathroom on the other side of the room).
Excellent place to land without fear of noise. Appart'hotel that lacks cleanliness in the houses, for the rest nothing to say the staff is welcoming. The ground floor is ideal for smokers.
Good place for short stay in Paris. Comparably cheap and surrounded by a cozy area, you can enjoy your stay. However, need to compromise with room service and need to cook your own breakfast.
This was a great stay for 4 nights. I would book again if I need to. The staff is great. The room had a kitchenette and was spacious with a window that actually opens! Good WiFi with rooftop deck perfect for morning yoga or a nice evening. The location is great too!
Superb location near the metro. Great view from the roof top terrase. Walking distance from Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge. The only negative comment would be the lack of an open air terrase at the ground floor reception/restaurant and the limited horaire of the roof top terrase.
Very nice aparthotel with friendly staff. Spacious room and I even had a quite large terrace. The only downside I can imagine is that there s no airco, but that should not be an issue most of the year.
Spent 2 days in Paris and stay here with others from my family. This Hotel looks nothing like the web site. My younger brother booked and paid for it and he was very disappointed for the price. There were 5 of us and good thing all we did was sleep because the rooms were soooooo tiny for what we paid. But Hell It Was Paris.
The hotel is smelly. The rooms have dust mites or lice. The staff are not very friendly.i was forced to pay for my stay up front and wanted to leave.the rooms are not.cleaed regularly which unhygienic and promotes unwelcome insects and discomfort.
Everything was very clean and whatever we needed was in the apartment. The staff was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Avenue Rachel was quiet. We loved it here.
Well located, usually at a good price, free coffee all day, comfortable and functional, cleanliness was not 10 but it was not bad. It is door to door with the Montmartre cemetery, from the rooms in the middle of the hotel the views are of the cemetery, particularly it does not bother me, but I know that there are people who can disturb you. As in all hotels in Paris you have to pay taxes, although it is little money, that is not the hotel's fault. You cannot go up in the elevator if it is not with the room key, it is annoying especially if you are a group of friends and you are on different floors, but hey is for increasing security and it is appreciated today. In general it is recommended, especially in the area.
It is very well located in an area as beautiful as Montmartre. You have everything close! The staff is pleasant and patient, and the rooms have enough to be able to stay a week without any problems. We have not finished the stay yet but we are satisfied with the treatment and the experience. Ah! And it is super close to the most morbid neighborhood in Paris right next to Moulin Rouge A pleasure.
It is a very well located apartment. In Montmartre. The room to the street. It is a department with a full kitchen. Today we will have breakfast here. We liked it
I switched on the heater and the power kept tripping. It's common knowledge that Teflon coated cookware causes cancer. Yet those are the dishes in the kitchen :(
Great hotel the staff are very nice and welcoming! The rooms are clean with large bathrooms and large toilets! The added bonus of this hotel is that it offers its guests apartment rooms (Inside you are at home)! And the wifi is completely free and the under 5 pay NOTHING! In short this hotel is great
Impeccable cleanliness. Well located. We were well received with courtesy and efficiency. Located in a cul de sac but a busy street nearby so not as quiet as we thought. The terrace with views of Montmartre on one side and the Eiffel Tower on the other side is an indisputable! We will definitely come back with great pleasure.
Great apartment hotel. Has everything you need including mini fridge, microwave, mini dishwasher, dishes, toaster, water boiler, pots and pans, cups and glasses, iron and ironing board! Rooms are nice with decent amount of space. Comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location. Parking is expensive at hotel but comparison to other parking garages in Paris, it's actually about the same if not a little cheaper. Close to metro and public transport. Would recommend this hotel.
Pretty good hotel to discover Paris from. Very close to the cute streets of Montmartre and quiet in the evening, even though Moulin Rouge is right around the corner. Free coffe and tea in the lobby. Beware, no airconditioning and the rooms turn stiflingly hot during a heatwave like we had this august
Weed end very pleasant have been received with a very big smile people to listen. Breakfast varied, with a young woman who welcomes you with a big smile and always has a nice word Thank you for the small present that we have -liked
A stone's throw from the red mill at the end of a quiet dead end because the hotel is next to the monmartre cemetery. Possibility to cook in the apartment, roof terrace of the hotel
Stayed there 3 weeks. The location is very present and very quiet. Establishment is modern and secure and services, including housekeeping are well assured. Do not linger at breakfast and prefer to discover the surroundings and its bakeries and brunches. One of the most classic establishments of the brand. Sober and functional.
Excellent. They have small apartments including a kitchen and is the best place to stay if you are spending a few days in Paris and want to take it easy between visits to the museums. Fabulous local restaurants within a short walk to experience the best of French small cafe food.
