I only note the restaurant part, I did not appreciate the lack of quality and quantity at all. My wallet did not appreciate being ripped off!

Excellent service, very good attention to tourists, garages, good restaurant service, excellent rooms, good cleanliness, very good tourist information.
Bad customer attitude. The receptionist think he is running hotel.
A magnificent stay
The incredibly kind staff who put us at ease right away
We will return
a work of art a dream to have once in a lifetime I think
Architecturally the Negresco is fabulous, but the service experience at the dinner Salon here was rather disappointing.
Excellent, iconic hotel! Service was great and the room was very nice. Only complaint was that the hotel does not provide an iron for it's guests to use.
We made a reservation with Groupon to eat at the rotunda of the negresco surprise, this closed and in addition the menu offered and the place have nothing to do with the offer what a scam we were made to understand that we were not welcome too bad we were happy to discover this establishment
Great, nice interior, great service. The hotel class in Nice.
Although only seen from the outside and got some information during the course or city discovery tour - still a very distinctive and cozy little house!
At the top of the reception, the service, the services ... up to its reputation!
Bad experience, No body welcomes us vary weird staff and bad behavior
A pleasure to be pampered in this magnificent Hotel. The decor is very eclectic and a bit disturbing. The rooms are not all in the same style some being more busy than others. The breakfast is amazing
The place is very nice but the bar doesn't live up to the fame. Disappointing on offer is the service
Ate the breakfast buffet. Expensive but worth it. Not as worth it as you would expect, though.only issue was the staff seemed overworked.
Had very expensive coffee in a great environment listening to beautiful live music!
For our 10th wedding anniversary we booked a superior room. Arrived at the reception, the receptionist tells us to have upgraded us and gives us a deluxe room No 556. He does not accompany us to the room. Arrived at the room, big disappointment, old-fashioned and cold decoration, television set more than 10m from the bed, the dimmers work badly. Worst the bathroom: only one small wobbly sink, very low luminosity for my wife to apply makeup, hot and cold water tap not working properly ... in fact the receptionist gave us this room because no customer has it wanted by making us believe in an upgrade.
In the morning for breakfast at the rotunda, a quick welcome to arrive on the first floor with a quick service for coffee, and buffet on the ground floor. To use it you have to go down and up.
In conclusion, a hotel that does not live up to its reputation, just 3 stars.
Completely disappointed we would have done better to take a hotel in the relays and castles.
Very well located hotel on the Promenade des Anglais
Small breakfast not at the top but magnificent place.
Very nice hotel the ephemeral restaurant is great and really affordable
Awesome
Great place i participated in a beautiful frame seminar bay window overlooking the sea the staff is kind helpful and nice we have lunch at lunch with a meal worthy of the name i recommend you will not be disappointed
There are no words to express all the positive emotions. Bravo!!!
This is a unique hotel. It has a large collection of high quality art works throughout the rooms, hallways and public areas on all floors of the hotel. Each room is unique decorated with a mix of antique furniture and modern facilities. Bathrooms are large and stylish. It is expensive - a drink in the bar costs 25 Euros and dinner in the 2 star restaurant is 230 each.
We were 2, first 5 star at discount prices. 200 euros per night, breakfast, valet parking, bathrobes ......... better than formula 1 ...
We had a lovely time, the position is perfect, staff are attentive are happy to help where possible.
For management - On day of check out, we had staff knock on the door twice to find out what time we would be leaving... this was hours before our checkout time. We were still in bed when one lady knocked and then let herself in!
P
because so many important people have
tread the ground
I like the hotel and keen to stay in whenever I come.
History! Atmospheric. Great service, great breakfasts. And respectable, what really :-)
Beautiful decor, bistro cuisine, impeccable service.
In order to understand this hotel, you need to live in it! Very authentic, the service is top notch, real European 5, except for the breakfasts - falls short.
Charming historic hotel, good restaurant, it's a good place to have a holiday.
Beautiful place and also lacking in life. It's too bad.
Great Museum-Hotel with beautiful art in every corner. Each floor, each room is unique with unequaled charm. Cosy, classy and luxurious atmosphere.
It's a luctuary hotel, historically famous. Didn't go inside
It is a small museum!
Wonderful place!
Great hotel with a lot of history inside. Disappointing bar, drinks are nothing special and overpriced.
Old wilting salad .... juice freshly squeezed out of the bag ... and not with coconut as ordered ... Allegedly just not tasty .. Etc. .. I would like to pay more .... but not worth it here ..
The staff were almost too good to be true. The food confirmed their 2-star standing.
You know what you're gonna get when you visit the Negresco. Everything is very extravagant. The bar has a great atmosphere especially when they have the guitarist and singer duo playing a live set. It is expensive but it's certainly an experience not to miss out on when visiting Nice!
The location and setting are magical, one of the places and symbol of Nice.
Great hotel with a wonderful view of Nice's beach at the sunset
We loved this place so much.
- the room
- all the art & history
- the staff
- the bar
- the location
Something we will always remember fondly.
A pretty building that often hosts receptions or conferences.
A service worthy of a palace.
One of the most amazing experiences of my life. I cannot thank enough the staff and Mr. Bord for this wonderful time spent at the Negresco with my girlfriend. From the first entrance to the final check out, everything had been nothing but bliss. The staff was incredibly warm and kind with elegance and politeness. Not cold drones as you often observe in 5* hotels and luxury shops. The tour of the hotel was friendly and very informative, and the lead-up to the room was very exciting. The room itself was simply breathtaking, with a signature mix of elegance, kitsch and modernity. Both the dinner and the brunch at La Rotonde were succulent (special mention for the veal with the beetroot hummus) and generous. I hope I will be able to come back soon with my partner and enjoy once again the wonderful hospitality and splendor of the Negresco and its team.
We couldn't visit, a zealous guard wouldn't let us.
I'm a fan - wish I could afford to stay there for a few days
WITH PRACTICAL PRICES for a WEEKEND, you could STAY FOR A MONTH IN A BEAUTIFUL CARAVANING
Magnificent building, charming staff, flamboyant although disparate furnishings,
Unfortunately, the equipment and finishes are outdated (peeling paint in our bathroom, old and noisy air conditioning, telephone ...), the insulation of the rooms above all is catastrophic. We are very far from the "Palace" and the prices that go with it ... Too bad.
Home up to the reputation of the establishment.
The rotunda: Exquisite ...
The most pompous and famous hotel in Nice.
Each floor is decorated in the style of a certain historical period in France, there are no similar rooms, as the furnishings - museum exhibits.
***
Inside the hotel, you should definitely see the dome by Gustave Eiffel, a magnificent crystal chandelier of two meters in diameter and the world's largest carpet with an area of almost 400 square meters. m.! It is possible to appreciate the furnishings in the rooms only with a solid bank account: each room is unique, and the floors are decorated in different styles - Louis XV, Empire, the Golden Age of Hollywood, etc. But anyone can afford a cup of coffee on the Negresco terrace.
Very nice dining room which may be under construction now, I hope that it will remain affordable afterwards .... (was accessible on "the fork"
The hotel par excellence in the city of Nice to see absolutely if you like places full of history and also art !!
I love this place...could it be the art, the atmosphere in the bar, the service? You decide.
