Rooms lovely. Strange that the bed for the kids is the 2 single pull down beds in the bigger room but I'm guessing it's because it's meant to be a suite for 2 people normally. Just means you need to walk through to get to the toilet if you're up during the night . Free bar of chocolate, bottle if fizzy water with a Nespresso machine (2 free pods), we're a nice touch.
Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Even after checkout we would've been allowed to stay with access to the Wellness bit. We didn't go in as we thought it unfair to one of ours kids who currently has a broken wrist, but it looks amazing!
There's a little playroom with Wiis, foosball, pool table and a couple of video games. Not sure about the WiFi, but everything else you needed to pay for which was disappointing.
Dinner was good: they did very well to accommodate the gluten, cow's milk and egg free dietary requirement - which I forgot to notify of in advance - and breakfast OK. The tearoom was not open and I'm assuming that was Covid related.
Would we go back? If we were in this region for something, yes.
