I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have unfortunately had to come here a few times recently and each time coming here, I have received the best care for my pets. I have not had one bad experience here and every team member is so kind and helpful. My dog, Octavia and I are very grateful for the staff and care they put towards the animals. Will always refer people to them and will keep coming here if things happen.
I brought my dog in recently to correctly close an incision another vet did not do correctly. I was treated with kindness and compassion. The vets and office staff truly care for your pets. They are organized and trustworthy and make your animal feel safe. The cost is worth knowing your animal is getting the best care in town. I will never take my babies anywhere else in an emergency situation. They made my pup comfortable and sent home medication to keep her comfortable while she heals. Highly recommend Animal ER care.

Zoe is a sweet Schnoodle (Schnauzer/Poodle). She came to Animal ER Care because she had uncontrollable blood coming from her left nostril. She is my Service Dog and is never separated for me. The people who cared for her at Animal ER Care were very kind and loving to her and were also comforting to me. They even took my phone in and took a picture of her so I would see she was doing well. If Zoe ever needs emergency care, this is where I will take her. I will also highly recommend Animal ER Care to my friends. Gil was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable, and gentle with my dog. He was so friendly and responsive. They were super helpful. I was really stressed about my dog. But they helped me feel so much better by examining my dog diligently with so much care. They made a very stressful day much better. Highly recommend.
Although a busy Sunday night, your clinic carefully and patiently took care of our 14yr old kitty as though he was their own. Dr Janice did a thorough exam. Her diagnosis jived with that of our regular vet's. Turned out to be 'Fatty Liver', which I guess is better than what it could have been. Anyway - You were there when we needed you. Wow! What a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was very sweet and professional. The doctors were very thorough w Omega s care. I would def recommend them! Pricing wasn t too bad either. The bill wasn t cheap but felt like it could have been way worse considering the ER fees and all that. Thanks again guys!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The team at the ER hospital is unbelievable! Last year, we unfortunately had to rush my cat in for eating a toy that got stuck in her intestines. They were so incredibly patient, so compassionate, and gave my cat the best care. She went into emergency surgery at midnight and luckily made a full recovery after having to cut her open.
