We have to say that it was an unforgettable experience that we had at your hotel. On the one hand the facilities are excellent and on the other hand the personal attention was perfect.
The rooms were very comfortable and with good views.
When it came to food, we had different perspectives. The quality was very good but being such an innovative kitchen, it would be very likeable for one but more classic for the other.
Just want to come back again.

Beautiful thalassotherapy center, well equipped, good care, nice view of the sea.
Wearing a nice hat avoids having hair in the water. I put 4 stars because there are places not very well cleaned in the showers women in particular (mold on the door seals and in the soap dish and it is not hygienic). It lacks a powerful hair dryer in the locker room otherwise it takes almost 10 minutes on fine hair. Finally, in the care that is pleasant, it often lacks information on what the care will bring us.

Not seen serge and sauna man not hot enough. But the rest nice

Few people for the climb, we had the impression that we had privatized the pool for us! 20 people max in the water.
During a hydromassage bath, I found the water too cold despite the addition of hot water, I was immediately programmed another !! 2 nights / 6 treatments is enough

To avoid ! This establishment is not worthy of a 4 * upkeep of the room leaves something to be desired (dust, water infiltration, stains on the walls), the spa is poor (poor maintenance of the sauna, wear on the bottom of the doors ) will explain that they have been on trial for 8 years with the builder except that the year of residence dates back much longer, so no excuse for offering rooms at more than 200 ! What an image given to Serge Blanco BRAVO!

4 * hotel limit. Bedding to review, mattress probably dug in the middle by super heavyweights!
Cleanliness not that of a 4 * - interior bathroom drawers ...

Restaurant:
On the front it is inscribed "Restaurant Gastronomique". Of gastronomic we found nothing, the restaurant is rather a canteen. Dishes without flavors, sauces that are repeated or have nothing to do with the dish. Very disappointed. The menus must be chosen the day before.
Groups of delegates in the restaurant which are very noisy (whistles, loud music ...) A room reserved for groups would allow spa guests to have the tranquility they seek.
Very light theme buffets ... empty dishes are not replaced, even if you arrive at the restaurant early and have booked.

The lessers -
The hotel is a bit run down and needs a refresh.
The air conditioning did not work, too many mosquitoes to leave the windows open. Suddenly, it's hard to sleep when it's so hot.

Far too expensive for the quality of services:
at the bar I was served an undrinkable squeezed lemon, the barman did not react

I have been attending this establishment for almost 15 years and I come back every year.
Very nice setting, very nice staff and welcoming a delicious restoration.
Side care everything is set up to be pleasant to customers, the pleasure of finding the same caregivers from one year to another.
Only small flat, I very much regret the various magazines that were offered a few years ago back (torn magazines, pitiful and especially dating back 4 months ...)
If not faultless once again for the thalassotherapy of Mr. Blanco

I have never been to the hotel, I simply made an appointment for a treatment I would tell you about

I am currently in cure thalasso..c is a real pleasure.room spacious clean and calme.Le staff is sympathetic and our pampering. Breakfast delivered to the room if you want and at the precise time.
The thalassotherapy is going well .. for my part 4 treatments a day which are chained. Everything is provided: towels / charlotte / bathrobe / clappers ... we are well directed ds the different care ... personnal kind
For the meals envisaged ds the cure they are taken to the Bidassoa.Pas worth to leave the hotel..tout communicates.
The meals are balanced and tasteful. The service is irreproachable and fast or at our discretion. Twice a week there is buffet Basque and seafood (will) plus another dish like half lobster for example ..
On Wednesday evening there is an evening at the bar next to the restaurant: it is a group of singers and musicians and Basque songs. They made us participate..friendly and lively evening.
This is my 5th day and I really enjoy this trip and highly recommend it.

Compared to other thalassotherapy, care is short .... 20 minutes maximum and do not eat at the restaurant ... it's level canteen

Really very disappointed with room 317 (pictures taken).
Console underneath the television in a pitiful state (outline ripped off), toilet paper holder falling half way down the wall.
For a 4 * hotel this is unacceptable considering the price of the room.
Regarding the balcony, it would be time to redo the painting, and change the furniture ...
After all these remarks, we will not recommend this hotel and we will not be back.
Lastly, we stayed in hotels with fewer stars and these were significantly better than yours ...

Very good hospitality, quality care and great surroundings

Disastrous management, overpriced.
Room is tidy and the hotel's location right on the beach is top notch. It's a shame it has such bad management.

The hygiene concept only exists on paper. In no other hotel on our tour was so little attention to hygiene as in the Serge Blanco. Many guests, especially older guests, ran around permanently, even at the buffet without a mask. If they were asked by others to wear a mask, they messed around. In one case the mask was whirled over the buffet and the staff stood by and laughed. Even completely dirty tablecloths were not replaced and people were not placed at these tables. Staff said nothing even when guests brought things like fruit that were touched by hand back to the buffet. Short bathrobes, which are provided by the hotel, are accepted clothing in the restaurant and at the bar. Room view of the inner courtyard means that you look at the exhaust pipes and the ventilation systems blow their exhaust air onto the terrace. The pool area is a desolate concrete desert without shade and there is 1 parasol for around 15 loungers. For this, a lot of sunshades are unused in the restaurant area. Loveless, unkempt area. By no means close to 4 stars at a price of over 200 euros (including breakfast and parking) per night.

Honestly, rundown hotel that is absolutely not a 4 star. Catastrophic service and filthy restaurant: we had half board which we managed to cancel so much the food is abysmal. The only asset of this place is its location and the surf lessons with the champion Marion who is excellent. But this aside, it's definitely not worth the price.

Everything is perfect except breakfast a disaster ... 2h before the end of the breakfast, there was no more orange juice bread ...

Beautiful establishment. Nice staff. Good location facing the ocean. Road ahead a little noisy.

Half-board spa initiation weekend.

Very warm welcome and very pleasant staff throughout the 2 days.
Really disappointed with the room: very yellow stains (water infiltration ?!) on the wall and the baseboards separating the room from the bathroom, stained towel dryer, rust-stained towel holder, white stains on the shower curtain , really dirty fridge, we thought we had a double bed it is in fact 2 small stuck together, bedding not great ... after discussing it around us it turns out that the rooms do not all have the same care brought! bad pick ... too bad! cold shower anyway for a 4 * and for the price of the weekend ...
Fortunately, we went down very quickly to the marine spa which is very pleasant and the treatments (2 hours non-stop) reconciled us with the establishment.
The restaurant was very nice and very good, not crowded and little wait between courses.
Conclusion: we will come back to it surely but over one day!

On the terrace of the room at night slugs party all over the floor of it. In the hotel restaurant they do not have a letter in English or Spanish or German or .... My son wanted to eat a drink as a drink and they have neither kas nor fanta nor seven up nor sprite anything at all only cocacola and now . In the room it does not matter if you put the air conditioning on or not because it makes a noise that you blow. And all this is for the price of two nights of 500. Oleeeeeee

The building seen from the outside is a little disappointing: hole in the facade, barriers in bad condition. Nice and professional welcome. End of the first treatment at 10:30 .. Fortunately the reception put us a room available at 13:30. Knowing that normally, rooms are not available until 14:30. 3 hours to wait, fortunately we had the trunk of the car to put our bags / suitcases. Hotel staff smiling and helpful. The rooms are clean, pleasant and good tastes. We had inadvertently left taps in a locker room but the next day we did not find anything because the lockers are emptied every night and our belongings were lost. The various thalassotherapy treatments and massages we have done have been a treat, the ladies of the spa are very caring and very very professional providing quality massages.

U: n dream stay: position of the hotel, cordial welcome, quality of meals and especially the quality and variety of thalasso treatments. The pools deserve a bit of renovation and more sunbeds around the pools. Excellent hammam. See you soon.

Hotel 1/2 pension meant to be 4 *, A little expensive for the benefit and do not know how to manage when there are children of 3 years old ... (the children's menu put super long before being served while the adults are in buffet "seafood") the marine space is fortunately in free access. But with 1.35m everywhere better is a bigger child so that he can enjoy it (no loan of "fries" that are reserved for water aerobics even if there is hardly anyone in the water)

Top service and staff, thalasso meets expectations, very good restaurant. The only concern is the comfort of the rooms. Bedding not worthy of a 4 *, toilet seat HS and the extra bed was just a simple camp bed from the 80s.
