Friendly and helpful staff will make you feel at home. They really offer everything you could expect out of a work out facility, and the views are absolutely stunning from their downtown La Crosse location. A large amount of programs outside of traditional gym machines and free weights makes sure there are fun and effective ways to meet fitness goals.
