Hello arrived at the emergency at 4.30 p.m. by amb...

Hello arrived at the emergency at 4.30 p.m. by ambulance (this happened on 20.02.2018), because the patient could not walk, very long waiting time, saw a doctor 3 hours after arriving, they gave painkillers, it's sciatica ... (at 11 p.m.) wait for the effectiveness and then we try another, and meanwhile the time turns it is now 1 a.m., and again another stronger painkiller and they decide to keep saying the next morning we will pass him a scanner it is then 2H). The next morning they call us to tell us that we can recover it with the painkillers that it will pass. they give us a prescription for her to have a scan but they tell us not to rush. Except she suffers and does not walk paralyzed pelvis and legs too. We have to struggle to find an appointment quickly, we had an appointment at the Ambroise clinic ready on Friday in Neuilly fortunately because when they saw the scanner they kept it. AND she had to be operated on urgently for Compression of the spinal cord if it is not an emergency that they need !!!!.
So believe me after spending 9:30 in the emergency room and without any emergency results, I am very angry because they made us lose 4 Days.
So believe me Foch emergencies to banish because the results are not brilliant.

Welcome to the deplorable entrance.

Welcome to the deplorable entrance.
Hostess already overwhelmed by people coming to her from 9am.
I quote "it's not possible, no, but here I'm going home ... people are stupid ..."
It says a lot about the competence of this person in hospital.
Otherwise very clean hospital, personal to making appointments pleasant and competent.
But first contact is always important and there it leaves a bitter taste.

Appointment for a consultation with Doctor Aldea on Wednesday May 16 for herniated disc L5 S1, the management was quick and organized. Regarding the appointment itself which was scheduled for 10:45 am, I was received by the neurosurgeon at around 10:15 am who was, in a few minutes, more efficient than the neurosurgeon who has been following me for more than two now.
Frankly, not disappointed to have been there for an additional opinion.

People are treated like cattle. We came for a PMA, about fifteen couples were convened at 7am, suggesting that the first arrived would be the first caught. Some queued at night closed door at 6:30. Finally there was a passing list never communicated, so we waited more than three hours. My wife felt bad, she had to lie down. Avoid at all costs if you can! Especially the PMA service.

Opinion on the maternity service. Top team and very pleasant place. I do not put 5 stars but we are almost there. The meals are balanced, generous and not so bad for a hospital. They are served early (yes we are in a hospital). Maternity very well equipped.
So I recommend this maternity

Lamentable the worst of experiences they are slow badly organized leave people like dogs in the corridors during hours give no information. There is a total lack of respect for the patient or even mistreatment in acts carried out in a brutal and painful way. I understand that they are overwhelmed but there are limits people are not there for fun so a little respect!

I am very disappointed, in fact, before the Foch hospital was a quality hospital yesterday I went to the emergency room and it has become deplorable 3 hours minimum wait to supposedly see a doctor who turns into 7 hours minimum with a staff ignorant or even unpleasant who lose the files and blame you because they are not competent in their field, patients arrive with symptoms of coronavirus they are told to wait for you there are 6 people in front of you ???? we let them in the waiting room in the middle of everyone
Sincerely to be received like that I prefer the public hospital at least that's what we're going there and the staff are warmer

the neurology department is a disaster. I do not recommend it. Do not give any explanation to the evil of the people no explanation at the time of the exit of my companion and during complications of return to me the neurologist who followed my companion is unable to give him an emergency appointment wait for the month of September. And we do not even send the results of exams to perform and without answers. My partner has to suffer and find another neurologist who can treat it and take it properly. I had a knee MRI on 03/10. I received the images but we did not forget to attach the report from the doctor who received me.
Since then, at the rate of 3 or 4 calls per day, I have tried in vain to contact the medical imaging department. Only answer on the phone: "all our agents are currently busy".
Without this doctor's report, my MRI has no interest ...

Emergencies below everything

Emergencies below everything
Do not trust the internet that mentions: ENT emergencies. At best, after 3:30 of waiting we will send you an external who takes note of what you tell him on his little notebook, looks at your ear admitting "who.elle does not know how to do" and sends you home in you advising to make an appointment with an ENT in the week!

Thanks to the USIC and cardiology teams. Very professional staff, attentive and very kind. A special mention on the end of stay. The evacuation of rooms for cleaning is done by the baton by a manager who leaves barely time for the patient to do their toilet or suitcase. Regardless of the age of the person or illness that led him into this service.

5 stars for the gynecological emergency team

5 stars for the gynecological emergency team
2 stars for the postnatal maternity team

The teams in the emergency room are impeccable, always with a smile and a lot of attention even for rather bizarre questions. They even gave us a room with a view while we were waiting. ;)

After childbirth it's not the same thing at all. The teams are not too attentive (they "forgot" three times that they promised us a particular room for the next day for example) and the nurses often publish if someone asked for something. Nursery nurses are the opposite, however, really top!

I went to the hospital at 11:40 p.m. because I had trouble breathing, my left arm hurt with sweating but arrived at 2:30 a.m. I still had not been taken care of. When the receptionist told me that I was to be waiting bedtime. But I was in the normal sitting waiting room. I was completely forgotten, I saw a past doctor who clearly sent me to pasture. I ended up coming home with my pain and shortness of breath. Unacceptable, I think they forgot about me. It's hard to feel left out when I was really in pain. I had a horrible experience in the emergency room at Foch Hospital.

Although always satisfied in all the care provided...

Although always satisfied in all the care provided by the hospital indeed, it is better to go there to consult a specialist than for the emergency department which is really deplorable. One has the impression of annoying them and the problems said current (gastro, cystitis, otitis) do not seem worthy of a coming to the urgencies. Indeed, I quote "it is not worth coming to the emergency just for that". This is not the first time that procrastinates a bad review this emergency service to allow the benefit of the doubt (a bad day it happens). But having had to go there many times as a personal and as a companion the report is the same: staff in a hurry, not helpful and careless. I strongly recommend and will not return.

How to thank the teams, a big thank you seems almost too simple
Emergency Department and then UGA service.
We met that benevolence and skills of the teams in their entirety. Precious support in the face of immense grief.
Health is not just about protocols, it's about showing humanity and respect.
it's just common sense in the face of pain.
The hospital Foch has all understood the distress of patients and families
Thank you

Hello

Hello
Run away !!! Run away !!! Run away !!! Their emergency service is pitiful! We are all aware that emergency departments in hospitals can have serious consequences (world, few doctors or nurses) but to the point of neglecting patients like that I am outraged!
My husband and I arrived at the emergency room at 9:30 pm and we were only met by a doctor at 3:45 am. In addition, arrived at 4:50 the infusion that was made 30 minutes before was poorly done (blood in the pipes). I started looking for nurses and people ... neither medics nor nurses (pause taken at the same time bravo the organization of group) .. I see a nurse who hastened to go to join his colleagues .. I toque at the door and join the patient corridor .. what am I entitled to answer? "It's a private room"
I go back to the box, I see my husband badly developed and the blood rising again I hasten to press a button and there miraculously a nurse comes and yells at me "you pressed the button when there has cardiac arrest! " "Uh, yes, then, is there any indication, some information somewhere, it's been 30 minutes since I'm turning to find someone in vain"
The outrageous response of this incompetent professional "listen I let you in and you lied to us saying that your husband did not understand French" "oh well, it's been 4 months since he was in France and he did not understand do you know my life better than we do? " Her infusion did not pass any liquid (medicine) she pressed to bring down all this in 1 minutes.
We are really shocked! We were taken out of the box and wait on the chairs! My spouse had to lie on the plastic chairs after we were thrown out of the box.
Flee this hospital where professionals are incompetent without ethics and having no ethics! I'm really ashamed to say it's the hospital in our area.

My mother being cardiac undergoes some alley back to spit, Today she left with the fireman suddenly no time to dress, no time to put these shoes, normally she is entitled to have a taxi as it had been said. So she goes to see the famous lady who works at the hospital who said to her in a haughty tone (Madame start by quitting smoking and you stop making go back) What shame! To leave a sick woman under the rain without shoes. Frankly change jobs if you are not sociable. Conasse. And I think much more .. Shame on you.

Opinion mixed enough to date. Welcomed to ambulato...

Opinion mixed enough to date. Welcomed to ambulatory emergencies 1 week ago following a fall on a motorcycle. Support very long (about 2 hours) to switch radios. new wait very long (about 3h) before seeing the doctor for the report and follow up. Staff very nice (if you are as well) but not available and stingy care (I had to ask myself a painkiller when it was clear that I was suffering). Arrival at 11am, I left at 19:30 with about 1 hour waiting for the taxi. The doctor's senior arrived late in the day to give his final opinion on my radio.
Side prescription is super light ... A splint and codoliprane (low dose) for 5 days with 8j stop. The medical report contains contradictions. On one side there is a fracture of the clavicle, on the other an effusion of the pelvis and finally elsewhere no bone bond. The young doctor came to see me at the end of the day told me that his senior had sliced for no fracture, contrary to what some pages of the report indicate.
Another subject, the switchboard. Having lost my file (containing certificates, prescriptions, reports and radios) the same evening, I try to obtain a duplicate that a friend will go to get the noon. 2h to get the person able to get me that. Before, I got a ride on duty service by people who do not have the time (to take the time (?)) To listen to my explanations until the end and who are quite stingy in indications ("call the secretariat "= ask this one and fall to the HR department ... in fact it was" emergency secretariat "and not just" secretarial "). sometimes the redirections sound in the void indefinitely. Sometimes it cuts the call for no reason. in short, a telephone reception to review.

I consider myself lucky compared to other comments. But I admit having also experienced an extremely long waiting time. Not enough seniors / nurses, I think. In the end, on the 10th of hours spent there, I estimate at 2h max the time spent with a doctor / nurse. After 10 hours spent on a chair doing nothing, pain exacerbated by the cooling of muscles and fatigue. Not eaten, I paid a coke that a nurse went to get me at the distributor on my request.

An excellent hospital. A good follow-up of the medical team, a very good organization. The team is very friendly in the pneumology department. I have been followed by the hospital since October 2011. I am very satisfied. The urgencies perfect. They take you according to the urgency of the patient's condition. Quite normal and logical. Thanks to the hospital foch. In 7 years, I have never been disappointed. The intensive care unit, a top team I will never forget. Maintenance agents, secretaries always available. Thank you to all of you. I am always followed by them and always have an interest in the constant patient. I add the lab, the respiratory exploration service, the imaging service. We are really, by force, like in a family. The premises are comfortable and clean. A thousand thanks to all of them whose job is not, believe me, easy.

The emergency department is even more than some other inhumane UAA. My mother was brought to the general emergency of Foch. I found it with difficulty 4 hours after his arrival in the room of decoculation, the lips completely dried up, lying down when she had to be in positiion at least half sitting.
Nurses respond to families as well as dogs.

Badly received, I got hurt by the person who took care of me. I was sitting on their stretcher she asks me to lie down so I get up at first to lie down well. She said to me haughtily "I told you to go to bed". I have a second degree burn with blisters after a sunburn. She still confused me because I quoted "you must not expose yourself to the sun with your skin". In short, I am shocked by this welcome
I looked annoyed when I answered his questions wrong but hey with a pain of excruciating pain and at 00:30, it is normal that I had to think poorly. In short, it does not even deserve a star.

I strongly advise against emergencies. Our respect of the patients, non respect of the chart which is displayed with the given times, time that you can multiply by 2 with little influence. Arrival 16:45 departure at 00:45 for a blood test and a scanner.
Patients go before another because they leave you in the waiting room.
Deplorable. A star is expensive paid.

Service resuscitation all depends on the staff there are very competent people like people who tell their life and get married at the door of the patient who is between life and death!
Neurosurgery service like some are at the top while others do not even accompany people to toilets and force them to do their needs in protections is just an abberation!
And the social worker a disaster, she takes people high and just wants to clear the patients no matter what happens to them afterwards. Nothing social in it !!!
It is wonderful to live a drama and not to be respected by idiots who are only in the production and not in the care.
Let's not forget some caregivers who are still very human ...

I have been in the village for a long time but I have never seen such poor service in a hospital where there is no reception.
I'm sorry but it's hardly an insult you let your patient get in the block when you come back we tell you go to level 0 once there nobody at the reception the nurses gathered in a dining room and the I pause his question the door between open they do not even bother to introduce themselves and guide me their answer is "she has not yet arrived" in more I go down to level-2 Where I had left it before qu 'she doesn't get stuck and the answer is "surely she is not awake yet"
Where is the guarantee ??
Surely she is not yet awake the joke no one is able to tell me your patient and in such or such department for such and such thing not just "patient" without more

Inadmissible, I can't believe what I'm reading!
I took my wife to the maternity ward because she was suffering from abdominal pain, a wait of 6 hours people paraded and left after waiting 4-6 hours, I then decided to go to meet a midwife or doctor so on the other side of a secure door left open and I see the entire evening team gathered in a room to turn the shoots shocked I ask if the consultations are stopped ?! And the magic answer ... We are overwhelmed Mr sorry we have 4 caesareans. busy!!!? Yes Mr busy even if you see us sitting like that we are very busy!
I asked why not have warned us that you are not able to take us in consultation? Dsl Mr you are in the emergency room ... So you have to wait without hoping to pass. It was 1:30 am and they decided to call security because the ladies were so busy that they could not tell us in the room that they would not take us for consultation. I lost 6 hours and I am empty-handed with my wife and her pains at 2.20 in the morning! Great the emergency department of the maternity ward of the Foch hospital. And I saw women parade with 5-6 months on their backs with bleeding leaving tears in their eyes because no one could take care of her ... Busy they told me they all posed together in a room in relaxation mode. Unbelievable . I should have filmed them to realize how stupid the situation was.

A routine operation that ends in drama.

A routine operation that ends in drama.

Following medical examinations carried out successively by two doctors, a clot was detected.
Surgical operation is therefore essential to remove it.

After this operation complications occur. Indeed, respiratory disorders have appeared. Anxious, we warn the doctors.

He then decides to plunge the patient into an artificial coma to relieve her suffering.
Other medical examinations followed and discovered the cause of this pain. The pancreas was affected during the previous operation.

The next day, my aunt is declared dead after a heart attack.
