Opinion mixed enough to date. Welcomed to ambulatory emergencies 1 week ago following a fall on a motorcycle. Support very long (about 2 hours) to switch radios. new wait very long (about 3h) before seeing the doctor for the report and follow up. Staff very nice (if you are as well) but not available and stingy care (I had to ask myself a painkiller when it was clear that I was suffering). Arrival at 11am, I left at 19:30 with about 1 hour waiting for the taxi. The doctor's senior arrived late in the day to give his final opinion on my radio.
Side prescription is super light ... A splint and codoliprane (low dose) for 5 days with 8j stop. The medical report contains contradictions. On one side there is a fracture of the clavicle, on the other an effusion of the pelvis and finally elsewhere no bone bond. The young doctor came to see me at the end of the day told me that his senior had sliced for no fracture, contrary to what some pages of the report indicate.
Another subject, the switchboard. Having lost my file (containing certificates, prescriptions, reports and radios) the same evening, I try to obtain a duplicate that a friend will go to get the noon. 2h to get the person able to get me that. Before, I got a ride on duty service by people who do not have the time (to take the time (?)) To listen to my explanations until the end and who are quite stingy in indications ("call the secretariat "= ask this one and fall to the HR department ... in fact it was" emergency secretariat "and not just" secretarial "). sometimes the redirections sound in the void indefinitely. Sometimes it cuts the call for no reason. in short, a telephone reception to review.
I consider myself lucky compared to other comments. But I admit having also experienced an extremely long waiting time. Not enough seniors / nurses, I think. In the end, on the 10th of hours spent there, I estimate at 2h max the time spent with a doctor / nurse. After 10 hours spent on a chair doing nothing, pain exacerbated by the cooling of muscles and fatigue. Not eaten, I paid a coke that a nurse went to get me at the distributor on my request.
