Hostess already overwhelmed by people coming to her from 9am.
I quote "it's not possible, no, but here I'm going home ... people are stupid ..."
It says a lot about the competence of this person in hospital.
Otherwise very clean hospital, personal to making appointments pleasant and competent.
But first contact is always important and there it leaves a bitter taste.
