This is one of the most professional company I have dealt with in my last 44 years in UAE. They are extremely fair in their business dealings, they only want to provide the best service. Once you deal with them, you will never want to deal with other companies.
Not at all responsive. No matter how much you try to reach out to them via call. It took more than 2 days to hunt for the person in-charge.
Worst customer service ever, if you are about to leave your apartment, you will never get your security deposit back they will start to make up stories in order not to give you back the security deposit, I'm waiting now for more than 4 months and still no one is answering my calls, Sijith will give you some promises then he will never answer, you need to forget about your money before dealing with them.
Awful and unprofessional service - Provided wrong rent rates and delayed communication - Customers urgency means nothing.
