Great prices, easy return when something was wrong with the part I bought.

Worst shop in man's memory. They rotate your order so that when you call, they refuse to believe you have been there and ordered. In the online store they offered to order the item (again), but continued to claim that I had not already ordered the item. When I called the "Sales Manager" I suddenly learned that the item above can not be obtained. So the same man was just saying I lied about an order about to let me order for the second time without the item being available! This was the last trade for us in the Mercedes club here. (The last time I bought here I gave a price over the phone and charged another when I downloaded the part). Simply noisy, all of it.

Sent wrong part, refused to send correct part, before wrong part was returned and received by them. Would also not refund the money so I could buy the part locally, this meant I was without a car for a week ...

Edit: New part was not sent the following day as they claim. Errors were reported on Monday, September 2, a new section was sent on September 5 (afternoon) and appeared on Monday, September 9. The customer manager called me, when I purred on the part and thought I should be happy they would fix up in the first place. Little will to resolve the matter in the quickest way and rude phone from customer manager unfortunately gives the lowest grade.

Very good customer service. They always fix if there is any problem with the products they sell or your order. Have been shopping for a number of years, recommended.

After over 2 months of faulty products and packed with skruvat.no I ordered the goods from Bildeler.no. Under 48 hours after ordering, the parts are mounted and work rock! Great ride!

A lot of queues have to wait at least 1 hour each time.

Extremely poor customer service over the phone. In retrospect, find out that the item they say is there but which I can't get because it is under picking and not "packed finished" is not really there in its entirety, nor is it in the main warehouse but should be ordered from supplier with indefinite delivery time. To find out all this, I had to go up there and talk to the person on the counter as he was only on the phone looking to make sleazy comments. There are more than enough of share sales, so this section will be canceled and never again shall I shop there.

Always a little wait, but the service and prices make it worth the wait.

Send lots of advertising in the mail if you buy things from them. Also, do not buy something as simple as windshield wipers in the store without entering Reg. on the car (and if they get it, they send advertising again), so the sellers do not even know what type of wipers fit a given car model.

Poor customer service, joking about phone as soon as you try to explain a problem. Also, make things more complicated than it really is.

Good to shop when everything goes well - but when something goes wrong with shipping then customer service is absolutely terrible. Unprofessional, rude, sour, negative, unhelpful. Never experienced it.

Simple and straightforward even in these corona times

The website is nice and tidy, but it looks outdated in relation to Skruvat.no (should complete the site redesign). If you live in the Oslo area, I highly recommend picking up the goods at Lier.

Many user reviews have pointed out that they have often received the wrong type of item regardless of whether they have applied using the registration number. I have personally contacted customer service and confirm that the items fit my car. Customer service is very nice and solution oriented.

The goods I received have kept good quality and provided good value for money.

E-commerce informs about 2-4 days delivery time. After ordering, they change to 6-8 days. After 6 days I am notified that the item is on the way.

12 days after ordering, I am told that they do not have the item and it does not exist with the subcontractors.

This e-commerce is recommended for those who have plenty of time, as well as trained senses on what is misleading marketing and what is actually right.

(The same part was delivered by Mekonomen 20 hours after ordering ...)
