After several attempts to go up to the roof, because of the queue I've always found, today was the day to enjoy it. Much against expectations, the experience has been quite negative both for the place itself (too pretentious for how bad the facilities are) and for the product: powder shakes and "natural" canned juices. I don't think there is much else to see.

Absolutely repugnant experience. The waiter took 20 min to bring us a bottle of wine, and then wanted to charge us immediately. When he finally did bring us something it was popcorn crumbs and cheap olives!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Its a total embarassment and there are much better rooftop bars in Madrid, just horrible.

I went with my partner for k recommended to go to the terrace (we are foreigners) but when you arrive and ask for the prices to the patrician attendant took care of us in very bad ways as if you had been bothered by the question a very great arrogance k bad character has that woman and over with answers a little out of place. We will not return or on vacation.

I love electronic music but what they play here is more like a seedy disco than a chill terrace with a pool. Typical commercial, tacky and pounding that they put on places like Kapital or Joy Eslava.
The two times I've been there I couldn't take more than one round of how disgusting it was.

I have been a couple of times place carillo but perfect to have a few drinks, all good but the last time change, we went with a minor and they did not let us up, it was afternoon or even night time, I understand the control of minors to when to serve a cocktail with alcohol, but go up to the terrace ??? Excellent for being as a couple and enjoying a high terrace, well priced drinks for being a central area of Madrid, about the food we ordered nachos and caesar salad and it was a hoot !!! Friendly and helpful waiters. Hookahs are somewhat expensive for what it is, but they are pending to take care of it. I recommend but it is nothing of another world.

The terrace is very beautiful. Price is very good, to be a terrace and located in the center. But the customer treatment is not so nice. Very trendy rooftop with trendy people and the drinks are normal price for a quite fancy place. HOWEVER, the pool is tiny, it costs 23 euros plus 50 euros deposit and you apparently have to book in advance by email which what not specified on the website. Also the biggest negative aspect is the attitude of the waitresses: no smile, yelling at you, and you feel that you don't belong here for whatever reason.

The place is very nice, good atmosphere and the smoothie that we had was very good and well presented. The problem comes with the service, it took a long time to bring the smoothie and in the meantime we ordered a bottle of water while they brought it because we came with thirst and it took a long time.
The waitress who attended us, in bad manners from the first moment, finally brought us the smoothies and half an hour later the water (unopened), obviously we told him that the water was not necessary and he told us he was going to charge us also because "I could not eliminate things from the ticket". When we told her that we did not accept that charge, we were not going to pay her for a bottle she had not even opened and that she had brought us when it was no longer needed, the magic happened and she could already discount it from the ticket.

The worst of my two visits was yesterday (05-09-17); As always, queue to go up and get a table, although there are always free tables. As expected the boy who accompanied us to the table and who towards the distribution never kept his word, despite the continuous reminders. On two occasions he answered without looking at us and one of them did not stop. The glasses took forever, but when the bill came, there was no delay, much less the reminder to collect them. Plastic cups, dirty bathrooms and endless waiting in the elevators to get off the terrace. I do not repeat. But when Cesar what is Cesar ... for the posture is a fantastic place.

The place is cool. BUT:
