It has a small pool, and it is all covered with artificial grass the outdoor part. It has another covered area with white minimalist decoration. Very good place to be at sunset. The waiters very friendly and fast.

I only tried the gym which was ok for a 12,50 one time only pass. The equipment was worn out and in a bad condition at the time of writing. Bring your own towel and lock.

Lack of maintenance, green pool water. The attention is not friendly at all and they take a long time to serve you, there were not many people either ... now to collect they bring the bill quickly, even without asking for it. It is given too much pomp for what it is.

Nice and pretty place but poorly managed. The waiters are not very friendly, they seem more like disco porters. When you have a reservation they sit you at tables where there are no good views and you have another table almost right next to it. The food is not bad but a bit expensive for what it is. I would go back but only to have something that, curiously, is when they put you at the best table.

What a pity of place. Not even know where to start. I understand it's summer but hire more people. To begin we reserve for 17 people. They give us a table on the terrace with all the sun on our backs, we ask for an umbrella that does not cost anything. Well, they denied it to us. So eat with the sun on your back. Apart from the super slow and very un-polite waiters. Zero recommendation.

The prices per week in the gym are a real armed robbery !! 40 a week in the gym and on some days the showers in the men's locker room were not operational. And therefore, the windows of the facade are really dirty !! Both boast views and directly you only see spots and little else. Anyway ... the only thing that is worth the gymage is the terrace and the treatment of the waiters.

It is a complex with gym, dietetic shop, bar and restaurant at the top. To say that my experience and valuation is only valid for the terrace they have in the attic. It is very well decorated and it is worth seeing once: I say once because my experience with the smoothies and juices we tried was quite mediocre. They are expensive for the quality, presentation and flavor they offer. They put them in glass jars like the ones that come in any super conserve, simulating a modern look that has become fashionable in organic and vegan sites, but of little quantity. We saw the cocktails with alcohol that they serve and as a presentation they are much better, we should try them ... they also served food, but I can only comment on smoothies and juices ...
The views are not bad, with the pool and several well decorated spaces, although not having much height there are more spectacular near.
If it is very hot and the sun goes down when you go, on the terrace you will spend some heat, even though they have water vaporizers and umbrellas.

I have only used the gym for just under a month, and the experience has been quite unpleasant.

Two friends from work and I decided to sign up to go together. The first day one of them, with more experience than the rest, was helping us to use the machines and to perform certain exercises to avoid hurting us. At the end of the session, a gym manager accused him of being our personal trainer and told him that this was forbidden and that he should stop doing it. All as kind as ridiculous.

Today, a couple of weeks later, the same thing happened again: after finishing the training, a manager spoke separately with my partner and accused him again of being our personal trainer, of being profitable at the expense of the gym, and It has given us a choice between changing the way we work or stop using the facilities.

We have decided to take the last option.

It has gone through different phases and what used to be an almost unknown and cool place, is now a full megacenter (perfect thing for the owners) and that is quite fashionable. The area is very good and the terrace is great. Before it was more profitable for mortals and now there are reserved and there is less area available to enjoy it. Even so, the food is acceptable and not expensive, and an al fresco drink in summer is worth it.

This review is for the gym part. At first sight, I was impressed. Two floors, modern decor, pretty people, etc. After joining, and upon closer examination, I realized that this place is seriously lacking. The air conditioner is not powerful enough to properly cool the gym in the summer months. If you do any kind of cardio upstairs, be prepared to suffer from the heat. The cardio machines do not even have the integrated fans, so you can't count on that either. The classes are taught by novices, and are mostly pretty terrible. The classroom for general classes only has barbells. No dumbbells, no kettlebells..nothing else. Who tf does an entire class with barbells? Lesson learned. Never judge a book by it's cover.

Disastrous the deal. We gave away a card for a relaxing massage and for not presenting the paper (which we asked on the same day in the confirmation and they told us that it was not necessary) was left without it. 3 weeks we had to wait until they had room to reserve. The worst, the treatment received by the massage receptionist. Anyway, my last time on this site.

The terrace is nice, the staff a lot less! Even with room on the terrace, we are offered a place on the VIP terrace for the modest sum of 120 euros (with a bottle of hard, but at 18h it was not welcome ...). After having insisted on going to the terrace "normal" with other madrillans, we were refused to eat ... In short, a very bad experience !!!

It is a luxury terrace in the center of Madrid.It has relaxing armchairs and sunbeds and wonderful views.It has a wide variety of coktails at an affordable price.The restaurant food is good although the prices are a tad for a mileurista .Customer service is very good, the times I have gone I have felt very well attended.

They do not let minors pass with their parents at 5 in the afternoon! They treated us like dogs! For taking a 13 year old girl to drink a coke !! They did not let us go to the terrace, by right of admission! They wanted to place us in an indoor room without air at 32 degrees! I asked for a claim sheet and they didn't give it to me, for not consuming, when in fact they didn't even let us ask !! Prohibiting the entrance to a terrace or bar to a child with his parents at 5 in the afternoon, because they sell alcoholic beverages and smoke hookahs outdoors is the reason they claim! Gym more concerned with appearance than good service. Quite a complete weight and cardio room. Very careful decoration. Changing rooms and showers really need improvement. Nice staff but tends to be a little "stuffy". Quite gay-friendly atmosphere.
