Absolutely repugnant experience. The waiter took 20 min to bring us a bottle of wine, and then wanted to charge us immediately. We asked him politely to bring us some chips or snack to accompany the wine, but he refused bring us anything until we paid the check! When he finally did bring us something it was popcorn crumbs and cheap olives!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Its a total embarassment and there are much better rooftop bars in Madrid, just horrible.
