In the last week I have been to the terrace twice, my experience; a very cool place but with a terrible management. The worst of my two visits was yesterday (05-09-17); As always, queue to go up and get a table, although there are always free tables. They give us a table in the dining area with the promise that they will change us as soon as one is free in the drinks area. As expected the boy who accompanied us to the table and who towards the distribution never kept his word, despite the continuous reminders. On two occasions he answered without looking at us and one of them did not stop. Of course, when a group that seemed to be known arrived (by how they greeted it seemed that they were friends of the mentioned boy) there was no problem in giving them the tables that they promoted us. The glasses took forever, but when the bill came, there was no delay, much less the reminder to collect them. Plastic cups, dirty bathrooms and endless waiting in the elevators to get off the terrace. I do not repeat. But when Cesar what is Cesar ... for the posture is a fantastic place.
