The airport that is truly splendid and posh at the city. There is considerable ease in navigating to the different areas within the airport. The airport strives to be quiet with announcements being minimal. The ambiance is pleasing and the flower petal pattern and light fittings in the form of various stages of a blooming flower is a treat to the eyes.

Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport One of the largest airports in India. World's busiest airport with almost 1000 flights handled per day.It should be considered as the busiest place. The maintenance is very impressive. Cleanliness is highly appreciated. If you are new here, there are people to guide you. Food courts are available but a bit expensive. You can wait here the whole night. Ambience is very good.
Especially the duty free is a fantastic place to shop with so many varieties. Staff is very helpful and efficient. The airport is well-maintained. Also the ambience is very good.
This airport is an architectural marvel and a remarkable place to work and visit. Beautifully decorated and elegant design attract millions of people while they landed in this airport. Super clean and safe and comfortable and easy to find way you wanna go. Everything is in there from food to clothes as well as alcohol. Very nice and very professional Airport stuffs even make you feel better as you are in your home country. Washrooms are always clean and comfortable. There is a great plane landing and departure view from the airport. Waiting seat is comfortable and you can play game using airports computer. Foods are delicious and dessert options are available for the people but price is super high. Outside of the airport even more attractive because it is meticulously designed and crafted. This airport is unique and every Indian must be feeling proud. Taxi and all kind of apps driven services are available. I recommend to visit this place once whenever you got chance.

This is airport awesome! But they should figure out a better way for transit between domestic and international terminals. Currently you go through 2 security checks, board a bus that takes you on to busy roads!

Look wise it's awesome ,world class, but nobody is there to insist you the way ,where to go !

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is also known as T2 airport in Mumbai. Airport ambience is very spacious and huge to roam around and chill. A walk around garden has been given with plenty of plants and trees on either side of the path. Food courts like Subway, Burger King and Cafe 20 for having snacks, meals and Coffee for passengers flying from here. This is just the outer portion of T2 airport. Inside the airport description is yet to be explored.
Talking about the architectural creations with amazing lights is a great attraction to be here.

This is worst airport in India..! Specially staff on check-in counters..! I ve experienced this many times. Most biased staff starting from mangers to ground staff. They modify rules and regulations from person to person. If someone wants to verify check into cctv cameras. Some families these staff allowing cabin bags check-in, some they re arguing with rules and regulations.
We suffered a lot in this airport every time even with our small children. Pathetic services. Sad to be part of overly crowded country.No rest part of the world we ever came across these kind of poor services.

Walking distance is more many a times. Can be considered for improvement.
Also confusion prevails at the arrival gates until getting into cabs ir self arranged vehicles. Should be improved.

One of the most beautiful airport in the world. It's a feast for the eyes with all the paintings, pieces of art and the architecture of the airport itself. Can't complaint about the food in Mumbai even at the airport.

Here All flights are scheduled and very least delays are there only due to very air traffic

It is one of the most busiest airports of India. It connects you to the global map. The airport has been revamped recently and it is full of modern art and decorations. It is very convenient to find taxis and buses once you exit at the arrival.

It is crowded every time of the day. You could find basic stores here, not every.

It's a very busy airport. Lots of people, big traffic. Can't park car for long while dropping or picking up the guests. Food is costly

Looks good, but poorly designed. Carpet on floors makes pulling wheelys tedious. Exit from customs is extremely narrow and gets blocked at peak times

Hello travel lovers. Today I'm at chhatrapati shivaji International air port. The atmosphere is so good. I'm first time visit this place and i surprise with the interior of the air port. The cleanliness is eay catching. Here you can access every service very easily. Here the free wifi is available at lounge. The air port is always overcrowded but the very big terminals so you no need to rush. All the facility provide by the air port authority. The staff here is well trained. If you travelling abroad first time then they help you alot. You can speak in hindi no need speak english. The staff here is so co operative. Here in the duty free shops you can buy many things like chocolates perfumes clothes etc. Here the food and beverage is so tasty so must visit thi place!!!!

One of the busiest airport in the world with one runway. Nice, clean, staff are friendly and well maintained. The culture of India which are there on the walls are quite informative and interesting.

The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport was one of the best airports in the world at one time. It is used not just for international flights but also for domestic flights except a few which still operate at domestic airport a few Kms far from here. This airport is huge with wide variety of eateries and shops. If you never had a chance try this out at any cost.

One of the best airports in the world.. chatrapati shivaji maharaja airport is so huge and beautiful.. but they need to change the map location of terminal 1 and teminal 2..it is clean and neat staff is friendly.. and the transportation system for terminal 1 to 2 is pretty awesome.. what i mean is you have to get your own cab..

As always all facilities were working fine.
In current COVID19 situation, there is one RT COVID19 test centre for those who travel from international flight and going to catch domestic flight.

As an American, Mumbai (the international terminal) was the most beautiful airport I've visited and the food selection is suburb. The next time I visit India, I'll do my best to make Mumbai my point of entry.

The best airport, but it needs to throw autowallahs out of the airport area... They just loot newcomers, an autowallah thought I'm newcomer and asked ne to pay 1100/- for going Kurla west, does it make any sense? I took a cab to same destination at 130/-

Airport architecture is really outstanding. But the customer services are too bad. And the staff too is very negligent about the passenger amenities. Especially the luggage check-in. The staff does not care about the flight departure timings.

Very large airport. I did not see any queues at immigration counters. it is good if you can have mobility access in the airport since it is very big one and you may need to walk long to find your boarding gate. The toilets are not that clean what we can expect in an international airport.

interior design was brilliant. Combination of ethnic design and modern architecture.Sometime you might spend extra time in front of immigration counters during busy hours which is acceptable.
