Avery King is the true reason in why I chose Guy Roofing! He has been patient in guiding us throughout every step of the process with insurance! He is an asset to your team and deserves to be recognized! Please spotlight him, as he has worked overtime, around the clock to ensure we received the highest satisfaction! There's never been a time we've called him and he did not answer! We appreciate the support he's given, and most importantly how he always services us with smile! Had Chavar Wood come out to point me in the right direction with a gutter and roof repair. I couldn t have asked for a more trusting and valuable experience from a technician. On time, prompt/upfront/transparent with any findings, extremely respectful to myself and my wife. Kept it professional and organized even with it being a late call. The list goes on and on. I ll be recommending Guy Roofing and Chavar specifically to anyone who asks. Always a pleasure to have such a great company and sincere techs to work with!!!

When we originally spoke with salesman regarding estimate for job, we asked for at least one person to be on job that spoke English. Crew now here and no one understands us. Calling the company, we were told that they commiserate with us. They couldn't talk to crews either. How can we talk to the crew about the problems of our roof if no one else understands?

Yes, well, both my husband and I didn't hear from the on site supervisor. About 1130am, one of the workers asked us for a saw. He explained his van was broken into and the saw was stolen. After many minutes, we were able to figure out he wanted to borrow ours. As my husband loaned the saw, I called Guy Roofing to tell them about the saw. Shortly thereafter, Joey, the supervisor showed up , apologized, explained it was all on his shoulders. He explained he was new to the job...whew. I explained that I have no problems with Latinos, but it is the responsibility of the company to pay their workers so they have a safe place to live, and responsibility to teach them the skills they need to do job, including speaking English. With Joey on site, I thought things would go better.

At 6PM, still working and Joey gone. At 7PM and too dark to work, t workers still working attempting to clean up. One worker still on the roof, in the dark. At 7:30 PM, hubby and I went out and told them to vamoos. Finally at 8, we watched them leave. A worker assured us they would come back in morning go finish cleanup.

They had better. The reply from Mr. Guy is appreciated, but inadequate.

Called for update on clean up time....no clean up time planned. We we told that the crew tries to avoid returning to old job. Sounds like crew is encouraged to finish in a day which is commendable, however lack of leadership on site and proper tools delayed completion.

I feel that the Latino crew was very good doing the work. The level of quality control was hindered severely from an admitted language barrier between superior and crew.

The insurance company paid for roofing, but I will pay for nail in my tires.

Guy roofing are the A+ professionals in this space. The Sales process was informative, honest and not high pressure. I felt I got what I needed and not over sold. High quality materials, excellent installation technique, planning and follow through . Communications on the installation via text was excellent and proactive. The crew showed as expected and were clearly well trained. They were fast and precise. A Quality Assurance professional (Justin) kept tabs of the process, kept me informed and checked the quality of the work. It was like a concierge service which was so helpful. The roof looks amazing, the crew finished as expected, cleaned up, were very professional. No doubt not the cheapest but the best - and I wanted the best to protect the largest asset I own. I was not disappointed and I would have no hesitation in providing the highest of recommendations. I will certainly use Guy Roofing again.

I asked Guy Roofing to assist in getting my roof replaced under my insurance. When the insurance only wanted to pay for a portion of the roof, the GR Rep (Cody) was non responsive to my texts and emails. I called the office and one of the "Service Managers" had him call me. At my request, Cody said he would submit supplemental info to the insurance company. I asked him to CC me on the email. After a week I called his cell phone and he said he hadn't gotten to it, but he would do it that evening. The next morning I had to call again and remind him and he said he would do it that night. I had to call again the third day and still no email. I called the office and was told Rick was his supervisor and that Rick would return my call. 24 hours later--nothing! I called again and the next person practically bent over backwards to keep me from talking to Rick and transferred me to Brad's voicemail. Brad's voicemail said he would return my call by the end of the day. Here we are 5 days later and I haven't heard a peep from ANYONE!! I've been very calm and have controlled the urge to tell them that I do my job all day long and I return phone calls and emails by the end of the business day each day. Apparently, GR only wants to replace an entire roof--and that's fine--but someone could tell me that up front and not tell me they're going to do something that they have no intention of doing. This company is very unprofessional and I do not recommend them.

Awful company, either the sales rep lies or the company does not honor what he says and poorly file insurance claims. Told us they would handle all the insurance claims and any supplement item not approved by insurance would not have to be paid. The contract states supplemental charges are to be paid when we receive the insurance payment. They inaccurately filed the claim about why the supplemental work needed to be done, insurance denied, want payment and will not go back and file correctly. All other insurance claim work and non-insured work items have been paid for. Now they threaten to put a lien out. We will never ever use them again.

Rick Hamlet and Eli Byrd came out to my home after some recent hail damage. Eli got onto my roof and just went on and on how bad and big the damage was. I trusted his inspection and spent a lot of time talking with him about what all could go wrong if nothing was done.
I work for the insurance company that I filed with and unfortunately I filed a claim. The descriptions for the damage was no where near what was common in the area and now my bill will increase simply for filing a claim. I don t think they care about the after affects of how they approach trying to make a check.

What a GREAT experience this was. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable from the sales meeting to install. The Quality Control supervisor Justin was a great addition to my experience as well, he was very helpful with explaining the process of how my roof was being installed and answered all of the questions I had. Then he came back and did a final inspection on my roof and we walked the perimeter of my home to double check the clean up. 5 Stars for sure for Guy Roofing. What a wonderful experience tnis was.
