I asked Guy Roofing to assist in getting my roof replaced under my insurance. When the insurance only wanted to pay for a portion of the roof, the GR Rep (Cody) was non responsive to my texts and emails. I called the office and one of the "Service Managers" had him call me. At my request, Cody said he would submit supplemental info to the insurance company. I asked him to CC me on the email. After a week I called his cell phone and he said he hadn't gotten to it, but he would do it that evening. The next morning I had to call again and remind him and he said he would do it that night. I had to call again the third day and still no email. I called the office and was told Rick was his supervisor and that Rick would return my call. 24 hours later--nothing! I called again and the next person practically bent over backwards to keep me from talking to Rick and transferred me to Brad's voicemail. Brad's voicemail said he would return my call by the end of the day. Here we are 5 days later and I haven't heard a peep from ANYONE!! I've been very calm and have controlled the urge to tell them that I do my job all day long and I return phone calls and emails by the end of the business day each day. Apparently, GR only wants to replace an entire roof--and that's fine--but someone could tell me that up front and not tell me they're going to do something that they have no intention of doing. This company is very unprofessional and I do not recommend them.
