Gull Pharmacy Review

They are busy, but not as busy as other pharmacies. The people are friendly. Mike the owner is very knowledgeable and has time to explain.

I have been using Gull Point Pharmacy for years and I have never had anything but perfect service. They have gone above and beyond many times over the years. You will not be disappointed if you start using them! A great and friendly staff too. Thank you.

I have been using Gull Pointe for about 9 years now and I would not even consider going to another Pharmacy. I can be in and out of there in 5 minutes with a brand new prescription that they have never fill for me before. Excellent customer service, 2nd to none

Customer service is awesome here. I was able to transfer a prescription here and have it filled in less time than I was waiting for someone to answer the phone at Meijer. LOVE this place

I have used Gull Pointe for years and before today my rating would have been 5 stars. The staff is usually helpful and courteous, they offer delivery and it is an all around nice business.

However, over the years I, my dad (before he passed away) and my ex have all had issues with missing meds. Until now they always took care of me and made sure I had my meds. Suddenly I am not believed and I m just out my blood pressure medication. I have already been without it for almost a week and for me that means migraines. And yes, I have had one every day. The throbbing and pounding and pulsating is really wearing me down. And because I don t have my bp med and have had a migraine that won t go away, I have had to use my migraine med to the point that 6 days later I am almost out. That s a medication that usually lasts for longer than 6 days! So that means that before I can get any more bp medication (I will now have to wait until next month), I will run out of the migraine medication. Which quite possibly will mean at least one trip to the ER for help. While I understand that their inventory shows no overage, I am still missing a medication. I wouldn t be quite so upset if this was the first time something has been missing but unfortunately this issue has risen over and over again. I guess it s time to go elsewhere.

Okay, my parents raised me to admit when I am wrong so...
... I am wrong!! My medication was found in another room. I m not sure HOW it got there as I did not even open the stapled bag until I got in my room and I never took anything out of my room! So that s just weird. So I wanted to get back here asap and revise my review. I was the one who was wrong NOT the pharmacy. I have had this issue more than once which is why I thought it happened again. But it did not happen this time and I stand corrected.

Lowest price I have found in Kalamazoo some of my prescriptions here are half the price of Walgreen. The girls here are amazing they take care of all the medicare BS and keep a smile on there face.

Great personable local pharmacy!!! Offers deLivery if needed...which I have used and great service for sure!! It's not an offered service at any other pharmacy I've personally been to but it's VERY convenient and exceptionally courteous. Also Very friendly staff and pharmacist they're caring, good natured, and very quick at filling medication!!!! A++++

Excellent customer service. Walgreen's quoted me $550 for my Rx. Gull Pointe found me a coupon and got it down to $75. Very happy.

This pharmacy has no customer service what so ever. 3 months calling them regarding my disabled son's billing, and they do not even return my calls! BEWARE....

Best Pharmacy around & they deliver Your meds as well if You need them too!

Very nice polite people. You don't have to wait in line forever. I drive from Mattawan to Kalamazoo for my prescriptions because of the great service.

BEST Pharmacy ever!!! I have generally gone to other commonly known pharmacies and picked up all my medications. I have experienced getting there only to find they are closed, having to wait quite awhile (and I only mean this when I get something new prescribed and am in pain...a short time always seems like forever). I just recently found out about Gull Point from another pharmacy who was out of my medication. Then I found out they deliver. What a huge BONUS for me because my driving is very limited and I don't live near any of the retail shops/pharmacies. I cannot say enough nice things about this pharmacy. All the staff have been overly friendly and go way out of their way to see that your needs are met. Thumbs up to all of you at Gull Point for your excellent customer service!

Gull Pointe pharmacy was there to help me out in an emergency when my pharmacy was closed and the kindness and help I received was above and beyond. I got my prescription and they brought me a bottle of water while I waited. I can t say enough about how much appreciation I have for this pharmacy.
