A good place to visit, especially if you like Guinness! The tour around the museum is self-guided and informative. Your ticket entitles you to a free pint of the black stuff which you can pull yourself if you want to. On the top floor of the storehouse is a bar with excellent views over Dublin and the countryside beyond. We went on a Monday afternoon and the place was packed with tourists. The Storehouse is South of the river and a good 30 minute walk from the centre of Dublin.

As we were in Dublin, the Guinness storeroom was a must do. When there were staff there, it was very insightful but i feel the parts of the museum which are self guided leave for parts to be missed.
The view from the bar at the top is also Phenomenal

Stunning views of the city from the "Gravity" bar that overlooks the city, or buy some fantastic memorable merchandise from the shop, it's actually good value.
Really busy location, but don't miss it on a trip to Dublin.

Had a great time at the Guinness Storehouse. It was a self-guided tour with amazing exhibit displays. They take you through the brewing process and a lot of history. At the end of the tour you are given a Guinness to enjoy and can even learn how to pour a Guinness properly. It was fun and a great way to ease our way into our trip!

I liked the experience, but I think it is a bit expensive for what it is, but if you know that at the end of the tour you can learn to throw a pint with teachers and give you a diploma or take the pint of Guinness at Gravity Bar, he deserves it.

Everyone visiting Ireland needs to explore The Guinness factory!
One or a kind facolity but has 9000 year lease on the land. Try doing that anywhere else.

It is an essential stop if you visit Dublin. With the basic tour of 15 euros a drink is included in the Gravity Bar. It is interesting to see, but they need to improve certain things such as the screens that do not include Spanish as a language. Taking into account that it is one of the languages with the most speakers worldwide, I see it necessary. There are rooms that have no content, they are mere illusion bombs. They cover space without contributing anything. Only aesthetic. In the store they must warn that they charge you for the bag. They are 10 cents, but they are obliged to tell you that they are going to charge you.

First off, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking in advance for the VIP tour, please allow yourself this luxury to fully enjoy this experience. It is truly magical. The tour itself is good and informative, as you walk around the various areas that describe and explain the process on how to make and what it takes to create the perfect pint of Guinness. This can easily take up a good few hours, then you have other levels which include the Guinness Academy where you learn to pull pints, various other exhibits we didn't get a chance to do and the 'gravity bar' where you may get a free pint with your visit and get pretty wasted (the poor cleaners on the staircase, don't worry they do keep it very safe and clean).
However the BEST section by far was the VIP tour in the private bar. You are assigned a time slot when you book and this will be the time you move away from the tour or what you're doing to be whisked off with a very small group to a private and hidden bar which is exclusively for you. Here you learn not only the history of Guinness from an expert barman and host of the Guinness factory but sample various foreign, current and discontinued ales from their past. Every little detail in here is perfect and it's a gorgeous experience. You not only have several decent sized samples, but you also get to pour yourself a pint of one of the freshest most delicious kegs from the factory, choice of ales to take home as a gift (both included in the VIP price) AND you receive an additional free gravity bar pint/bottle on top of the one recieved with your regular admission. So overall you get 4 drinks included in the price which isn't even that high for the standard this experience it is at.
You also get 2 restaurants alongside the gravity bar in which you can also use your free pint coupon if you fancy a bottle of original or other choices of Guinness products not sold at the gravity bar. In one of these you can get delicious Guinness stew, Guinness burgers and Guinness spicy hot dogs!
This place is a dream come true for me and was one of the biggest highlights of our entire Ireland trip and I just cannot wait to return here as soon as we can! I sincerely hope you get the same on your visit, cannot recommend VIP enough, worth everything and more.

The Guinness Storehouse is not just a brand advertising outlet, or a store where you can buy your merchandise. It is a museum that contextualizes the history of this popular beer, in a didactic, interactive and exquisitely presented way. You may or may not agree, but of the few things that the city of Dublin can offer, Guinness is one of the "musts" to visit, not just to tell you about the world of the beer through the 7 floors, but to savor and participate in the different workshops organized there. Highly recommended, as well as getting tickets to the network to avoid queues and waiting.
