I've been using Canon cameras for over a decade now, but I'm always looking after Canon service centers. Not only will you actually get a feel for the new product, it will also provide technical support after purchase. In addition, regular seminars actually take pictures and learn techniques, but this is free. There are many other events as well, and it's a place where you can really enjoy your photos by taking portraits and making seasonal goods. I'm happy that most of them are free. The galleries are adjacent to each other so you can enjoy the photos taken by professionals.
It's a bit disappointing that Sundays are closed, but it's one of the places to drop in when you go to Ginza. Even if you are not interested in a camera, I recommend it.

It takes three hours to clean a digital single-lens low-pass (even if it is free)!
What are you waiting for three hours?
A nearby rival, Nikon Ginza, will do it in 30 minutes to an hour!
It looks like Canon with poor after-sales service.
If you sell it, you can't sell it.

Since there is only one parking lot nearby on the street (300 yen), it is extremely inconvenient to go by car.
In addition, all the women of the instructors are inexperienced, and no matter what they hear, they say "I'm sorry. Please wait a moment" and withdraw to the back, ask a detailed person inside, wait for a while and answer To do.
I don't need a female accountant who only has decorations.

Great experience!

Great experience!

Worth the trip if you're in Tokyo. Felt like a kid in a candy store. Enough English to get by in the store by the staff.

Every camera and basically every lens to play with. They let me put their lenses on my camera to take shots. Very cool. Got to use lenses I'll never be able to buy.

Also a service area upstairs (separate entrance from outside). They were nice enough to look at a lens I had. They didn't speak English but Google translate to the rescue.

The first floor is a showroom, and the second floor is for repairs and cleaning. Cleaning the camera body is 1000 yen. Cleaning the lens is 500 yen, and 1000 yen if you include the focus adjustment. Once focus adjustment is in place, the delivery time will take about 10 days.

Such professionalism and service, I have not yet met. I express my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Ooneo for the conscientious fulfillment of her duties, for the individual approach to clients. I wish you success in your work and further prosperity.

Canon products such as cameras, lenses, printers can be tested in various ways. You can also try expensive lenses that you do not usually get used to. Since model subjects are placed in the center of the circularly arranged exhibition area, you can enjoy photography in various cases. This is on the first floor and has a gallery attached. Service center Ginza, serving as a repair desk, is in the same building, but once you go out here, you will be on the second floor with the elevator in the place you rejoined from the outside.
