Elizabeth Soucek was able to do something that everyone said was almost impossible. I as the dad was awarded custody of my daughter. Elizabeth told me when I was wrong and told me plenty of times what I didn t want to hear! It took a year and a half but in just two days it was all over and I got everything I ask for and then some. The biggest factor is that I live in Georgia and I was able to all by email and phone calls with only 3 visits to Delaware and that s including the court days. My daughter and I will never forget the opportunity in life that we will have because of Elizabeth.

We called up for looking for just a reading of a will and the receptionist said I can take your name and number. I said we dont get calls returned and any idea when we might get a call and we thought we were put on hold but SHE HUNG UP! WE WERE IN SHOCK! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

I used Dave Weidman for handling my divorce. Dave did a brilliant job. He not only was a great family law attorney, but his understanding of business law really helped the situation. I went through a divorce 3 years ago that included obtaining 50/50 custody of my daughter. Elizabeth Soucek was my attorney and I just can't say enough good things about her. She was so supportive and every piece of advice she gave me made the difference in seeing my daughter every other weekend or seeing her 50% of the time. She handled my Divorce I m going through a divorce of 38 years and I am very emotional about this and felt from day one that she has too many cases and not enough time for her clients talked more to paralegal in 7 months then her spoke three times with the lawyer
Not happy at all with her did Nothing except push papers No experience with explaining things in lay mans terms No Updates unless my X wanted something and his lawyer demanded things Just did not fight for Me as her Client Let my husbands lawyer make all the rules VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HER
SHE OBVIOUSLY HAS NEVER BEEN THROUGH A DIVORCE AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY SYMPATHY FOR HER CLIENTS SORRY BUT I GIVE HER NO STARS AND PARALEGAL

I use Dave Weidman for a Land Easement he lost our case this guy is the Worst Attorney in Delaware just costs you alot of money with Deposition hearings . Never listen to anything.

Will say after working with Dave found two ex-wifes SO that should tell you he is either morally bankrupt or has POOR Judgement . The two most important things you need in Attorney ..

One last thing MAKE sure you Audio record all meeting with Dave the ONLY good advice I got from Dave Weidman.

As a Realtor, use them often for my clients settlements.. Always on top of things. Also use them for my personal things like Trusts.
