Its a stress-free company.No such pressure compared to big companies. You have to work 7days per week.16hours especially on Sunday. Allowance will be given only after 1year.And will be deducted due to customer complaints & misconduct. Poor management.They will held a photoshoot during audit.Then being caught by MITI for not following SOP.Later the management will issue a warning letter for those involved. Dominant by foreigners mostly.If you're a Malaysian,better not to work here.Unless you're a Chinese.

So poor in cleanliness.Left behind in technologies, there's a lot of things still using the old methods.Regret being there..!Need to upgrade more system wise & management wise.
