You have to work 7days per week.16hours especially on Sunday.
Allowance will be given only after 1year.And will be deducted due to customer complaints & misconduct.
Poor management.They will held a photoshoot during audit.Then being caught by MITI for not following SOP.Later the management will issue a warning letter for those involved.
Dominant by foreigners mostly.If you're a Malaysian,better not to work here.Unless you're a Chinese.
