We got transferred to this bank when our old bank folded. We couldn't be happier. We walk in the door and they know our name. They have handled the sale and purchase of two houses for us. We walked in to ask about purchasing a business and they immediately helped us clear all the hurdles. They are locally owned and want to keep their local clients happy. I highly recommend them!!
i have bad experience with bank, they told me when i opened account they well give a bouns 300$ but they didn't do and lie to me. i dont recomend open account with them

I will NEVER bank with them! I used to clean the buildings and the people working late did nothing but chew me out for no reason! It was a summer job because I m a college student and they had nothing better to do than make me feel awful when I didn t do something correctly... also my sister was employed with the job and 2 weeks later she was fired because she wasn t fit for the job.
CRB&T Has been wonderful to work with regarding our PPP1 and PPP2. They have been extremely helpful, responsive and communicative. I would recommend them to anyone.
Great cookies, but if u need anything other then a place to store a couple hundred dollars this isn't the place, slightly higher interest loans then other local banks, won't work with you without taking days/months of time. Don't forget about all the random fees CRBT likes to tack on too for all the little things. :) I would suggest a smaller bank before coming here - CRBT is similar to a Wells Fargo and Collins Community Credit Union as far as poor services....(tellers and majority of the people employed here are great. this review is just based on the bank and their capabilities)
Guaranty was great. Then this place bought them out which is too bad. I did have positive experiences at their sister branch community in Waterloo. I don t know why there is a difference.
Their staff is nice but everything else is terrible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt from all the annoyances for the last 3 years. But finally am planning to close my account. I had a positive amount of money in my account and they charged me a $70 overdraft fee... Supposedly it was a late one. Take it out of my savings then? Is $70 REALLY necessary when I have the money between both accounts. What a scam, must have to pay for their refer a friend $100 promotion somehow.
The online banking also sucks and is far behind other places. Can t deposit checks on mobile, not super user friendly. At my other institution, I can do everything online which is amazing.
Honestly don t even waste your time opening an account here, there are much, much better institutions out there.

Hands down, the most professional, immaculate, helpful, accomodating bank, housing the BEST staff in Eastern Iowa. I opened a brand new business here a year and a half ago, and CRBT was the only place I ever should have went to, in order to set myself up. Being from the smallest state of RI, I came here assuming the local credit unions would want to look out for the small businessman. I could not have been more WRONG. CRBT is the ONLY place you'll want to go.. I have had this bank for 4 years now, and I love it. They are friendly, fast and efficient. I had a car loan through them and they did a great job and were very flexible. They also offer great cookies in-house and now have a great mobile banking and mobile check deposit system! Love them!

However i gave 2 dollar bills for christmas gifts this year. I asked for a new uncirculated bundle twice. Thei first time they did. The second time i watched the teller pull 4 bills out of center of bundle. Then preceeded to tell me thats all they have. Lie,lie,lie. I also hate the fact that everytime you use your debit credit card they put a hold on it. Im tired of the games. Im closing my account today and going to another financial institution.
