Great company, great people. I have never been disappointed in any my dealings with them. It can't be easy to process GAP claims when they have to wait for the underlying insurance carriers but they do a great job.
I have GAP coverage through GSFS. I've been submitting the required documents to get my loan paid off after another driver totaled my car. They claim some documents are "incomplete" when they match their examples exactly, and they never respond to requests submitted through their "contact us" page. Calling in is also nearly impossible, and they won't acknowledge receipt of faxes from the lienholder, even a week after the fax was sent. I do not recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: Six days after I sent another copy of the faxed document, I received an email saying all my documents were approved and another saying "PROCESSING CLAIM". Their site says all documents are in and they'll contact me within two business days. It's been more than that already. I've verified my contact information multiple times, so there's no problem on my side. Meanwhile, I'm making a second loan payment on a car I don't have.

They dont want to processing for claim ! Never call or email for let customer need to know what they want and just know when calling to reach them , and say need more paperwork ! Take almost 3 month still not receiving final payment , make me extra car payment every month on the car i dont have ! Just run around with them like game !
You could not ask for a better group!! They are always looking for ways to improve and help you improve. The provide constant training and assistance. GSFS group and GSFS administrators will always have my business and appreciation!
