I placed an order on November 23rd, I still haven't received certainty about delivery and I can't get answers to my requests either on the phone, to which they never reply, or via email, where they politely replied only that they will notify me when the order is ready without indicating a presumable delivery date.
Bad experience hoping to receive as soon as possible what I ordered and already paid for.

Called and written several times to ask for a replacement piece. They never answer. Bad customer service.

Electric bicycle immediately defective due to the presence of bent wires ... I decide to try it and in fact the battery is constantly disconnected, making it a normal bicycle. I then called the support number to replace the product (which I was still interested in), but never received an answer. Fortunately, amazon returned the bonus and my money, but the situation lasted three weeks, creating many inconveniences. Hugely poor company for offer and professionalism.

Ho preso una bici elettrica che ha avuto un problema dopo pochi giorni, ho contattato l'assistenza che mi ha indirizzata in qualunque centro assistenza su Roma, visto che non ci sono centri convenzionati o riconosciuti, dicendomi che loro avrebbero supportato con pezzi di ricambio e rimborso spese...sono SPARITI PER 60 !!! Non rispondo a mail telefonate ecc PESSIMI
