I placed an order on November 23rd, I still haven't received certainty about delivery and I can't get answers to my requests either on the phone, to which they never reply, or via email, where they politely replied only that they will notify me when the order is ready without indicating a presumable delivery date.
Bad experience hoping to receive as soon as possible what I ordered and already paid for.
