Went for the barbecue, Food was good,but a bit tight in space.

I been there for a family get together. 1800 Rs. was charged per head but MENU is utterly waste. Please don't waste your money.

Nice Hotel near to Chennai International Airport. Restaurant available very near to Reception in Ground Floor.

Great service. The restaurant is very good with a large selection of various cuisines. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Extremely pleasant staff. We were traveling with our 85 year old Grandmother and they allowed us to use their bell desk to keep our bags and use their wheel chair to take her to the restaurant before we headed back to the airport. Really nice stop over close to the airport.

I was there for a training and the hall and other aspects were good. Hospitality and the food served was good.

Peacock suite experience was meomarable. Came in a very bad mood. The service relaxed us. The services was 24hours and courteous..Spontaneous fulfilment of our needs.

Ideal location near the airport. Spa services are decent. The Salt Restaurant has a unique menu. Please ask the chef for their special dishes served on himalayan salt platters. Please avoid Kebab Factory, highly overrated and the food is blah.

Service is hopless in the kabab factory. Price is comparatively too high than other restaurants.

Hotel part: nothing to complain about. Benefit up to the height, with a pretty firm bed ("plank" bed base !!!) as often in India. Part restaurant: they have adopted a modern decoration, with techno music, and the staff (exclusively male) makes a small choreography from time to time ... In short, they seek to create a trendy atmosphere. I would say it's just noisy and I would prefer to dine more quietly ... The food is ok.

Visited the Great Kabab Factory. Their starters are so good, I missed main course for the second time.

This hotel provides quick check in for club carlson members. Service is good and the staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had stayed here twice and I am very much satisfied.
