If I could, I'd give -10. On January 7, 2018, I bought Tefal pots. I liked something about them from the beginning, but I thought it was the temperature difference. As it turned out, on closer inspection, the pots leak. The complaint was submitted on March 26, 2018. It was considered almost immediately. I am to return the pots and get my money back. And here begins but. To return this, I must first receive a declaration from the seb group, it must be sent by post. And so I am waiting and waiting. They've reportedly sent them to me twice, but never arrived. It is about 170 km from Warsaw to the house, so during these two months they would also reach the racing pigeon. Constantly calling the helpline only ends up promising me and dismissing me. No. 1 in promises and lies is Mr. Jacek. He promises to call him back, send an e-mail with the tracking number, etc., and nothing happens. Ms Karolina from the hotline is not any better. Please contact me, they cannot provide the telephone number with the supervisor, I am asking for their data so that I can direct the matter further, they say that they will not provide it. Today I found a number to the company's headquarters, some lady secretary answered, I wanted to talk to someone who made decisions, she put me on the hotline. When I called again, she didn't answer any more. Nice drama State drama !!!!
I don't want to go to court or write to the Consumer Ombudsman about this, but you give me no other option.
And this is what my kitchen looks like every day when using Tefal pots.
I advise against buying pots of this brand and it is best to avoid this company like fire.
