Hospital that really only works at $$$. Have done business with them twice in the past. I have insurance for my dog that covers 80% of the costs and I am currently in financial difficulty but no way to find an agreement with them .... the Journet clinic in Montreal for comparison after 2 consultation was much more comprehensive when at my 3rd visit the costs far exceeded my means to treat my cat (this time it was for a cat not my dog). I had no discount but we still treated the cat ($ 1200) even though I only had $ 400 available and no insurance at that time. ..... down there we even saw the empathy of employees facing our situation .... no innocent cuty smiles that tell us to go home with our pet .... Bravo Quebec for your love of $ During this time I see that I have this assurance in case of hard times for nothing in the end and my dog is still sick to my dismay. ..

My cat had been sick for a few days and the employees were very courteous and helpful all evening. Even with several emergencies I passed within a reasonable time and following the advice of the vet my cat came home in good shape and healed! I recommend to everyone during emergencies. In addition, I did not have a cage and they gave me one, it was very appreciated!

An impromptu experience with a sudden death of our animal yesterday ... they were very fast and professional. They gave us time to deal with the situation with a lot of humanism. Thank you

I have positive and negative.

In chronological order: first the negative. I called for an emergency for my dog, since he must call before moving at this time. I was told that a vet would call me back within about 1 hour. I called back after an hour of waiting and was told to keep waiting and that a vet would call me back. It has now been over 30 hours since I called and I have never been called back by a vet. Needless to say, I went to another emergency eventually. My dog might have died if I had waited to be called back.

And now the positive: A few weeks later we still ended up at Daubigny since all the vets we consulted could not cure my dog, or find what he was suffering from. At Daubigny he was followed in internal medicine (and still is) and we had very good support. The vets were very professional and sensitive to our needs and my dog's situation (especially Dr. Camille Brassard). Without their intervention, he probably would have died by now.

Last resort. More expensive than any other veterinary hospital.

Wonderful to have 24h service to respond to emergencies !!

Very expensive compared to elsewhere and they are not accommodating when we run out of medication and they are not able to give us an appointment ... and unfortunately I cannot change the clinic because my pet was treated there! We're stuck in the throat!

Thanks to the team of veterinarians and technicians who allowed my baby to come home.
(+) The team is professional, honest, highly qualified and has a real love of animals. They are always available to answer our questions. Small mention for technicians who are very patient, despite some unpleasant customers;) (I noticed for myself and ouff ..)
(-) There are differences of perception as to the state of health of the animal, the veterinarians constantly have divergent speeches. Difficult to unravel all that, when you are already panicked to lose your baby.

The cost is indeed very high. However, it is quite legitimate considering the internal expertise of the clinic.

To avoid. The level of professional ethics is very low. Do not accept the expensive treatments they offer. Seek the advice of a vet you trust.

I arrived urgently with my dog who had just had his tail torn off in the woods ... stupid accident! I was greeted with compassion and kindness. At the triage the technician (Jacynthe it seems to me) was just as friendly and professional! They made me wait pcq the fds in emergency it is like in humans: each in turn !! But they came to see me to reassure me. In short, I was offered different options to treat and relieve my dog! There is no perfect clinic ... the veterinarian is expensive ... but to feel that we take care of my animal it was priceless !! Thank you to the whole team on Saturday September 16, 2017 !!

Make customers and animals wait for 8h of time when that makes 35 outside my tell you that its not very strong! Its too expensive to be worth

Astronomical costs, I would even say triple that elsewhere. They quickly jump to conclusions and immediately offer euthanasia after offering the most expensive plan, offering no alternative when there was any. No passion for animals and no humanity, money above all! It was my first visit and it will be the last !!

What a great team ... and what about Dr Brebner! He is an extraordinary person and an outstanding surgeon. He is a very professional man and you can feel his love and interest in the animals he cares for. It was a major surgery .. a dislocation of the grade 4 patella. On a 4 month old chocolate Labrador. We had a ton of questions which he answered, advised and reassured. The surgery was a success. The monitoring of the entire Aubigny team was also up to par. We could call anytime if we had post-operative questions. BIG THANKS to the whole team!
