Pricing is extremely competitive, my orders have always been processed quickly and arrived on time. Parts are of very good quality and I've never had to send anything back. I can't speak for laptop parts but for phones I would definitely recommend them.

I use group vertical to run my business since switching to them I have seen far less warranty claims and when I do have warranty parts gv is easy and always gives me my money back or credit. Thank you for all that you do to make device repair a little bit easier! Gvbp

Bought a replacement digitizer/screen and it had dead pixels in it. They required me to return it to get a refund meaning I had to leave my phone in pieces or pay for a new screen so I could ship the defective one back. Would have preferred they ship me the new screen first and charge me if I didn't return the defective one.

Always have had great success with their parts. Customer service has been exceptional as well.

After applying for a job with Group Vertical, I received a phone call and completed a phone interview. From there, an interview and Excel test was setup for the following week. The day before the interview, I received a phone call cancelling the interview because they found the "perfect candidate" after setting up my interview. A complete lack of any professionalism, so I can only assume this is how you would be treated as a customer as well.

With a large selection of replacement parts for smartphones, tablets, game consoles and more, I can't think of going anywhere else than Group Vertical. Among many more reasons, their website makes it easy to search for what I need and their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful!

Great company to work with. Amazing customer support and great local business. (Update) they have just updated there shipping option to free and if you live in the Grand Rapids area you can get free overnight shipping witch is just amazing.

Don t have a lifetime warranty if your not willing to honor it

Well as long as they ship a RA tag with you order because something is inevitably going to be defective in every order. The fact they use fed ex means it will take 4 times longer to get then any other shipper (if you ever do get your order). At least Mobile Defenders uses UPS and a much lower fail rate.

Took forever to arrive and wasn't to the correct part. Then they want to charge you a "restocking fee" just for mailing it back to them. Buy elsewhere

I love Group Vertical. I've been getting parts from them for years. Mostly have had good quality parts from them, but even with the very few times I've had problems, GV has been quick and helpful to fix it. And it's that great customer service that keeps me coming back.

Ordered a premium new screen for an iPhone X that was installed easily and looked fantastic compared to other aftermarket screens I've used. 2 months later got a green line in the phone, and they sent out a new one with no questions asked. Great service.

Group Vertical is an amazing company. I have been purchasing replacement parts from them for about 3 years. They offer competitive prices on their parts. They are pretty reliable and have fast shipping. I have received a few defective parts from them, but they have excellent customer service which makes returns/exchanges a breeze. I think we are one of there only regular Canadian buyers, with the current exchange rate they are THE most expensive place to get screens but the quality and service is so good that we just wouldn't get our screens anywhere else!!! it is the screens with all the small parts on them already that make a difference, our average repair time is around 10 min because of GV+ screens

Ordered a replacement cell phone camera cover and it came creased slightly from shipping, and caused distortion while taking pictures. They sent a replacement no questions asked. Affordable prices, and great customer service. I recommend this company highly. Thanks again.

I love locally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and have been coming to Group Vertical for two years. I have purchased many screens here - and have only ever had one screen that was bad. Upon finding the screen was faulty, I reached back out to Group Vertical and they made it right - giving me a replacement. Their customer service is amazing - I am always taken care of and always greeted with a smile when I pick up my parts.
