A very nice and comfortable ***** hotel in Dubai Marina. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room amenities, recommended food. Beach of the Meridien Hotel with the shuttle bus of Grosvenor in a few minutes. Good transport links with metro (15 minutes walk) or bus (directly at the hotel) to Deira, Dubai Creek, souks etc., travel time in the old town about 1 hour. Varied gastronomy also in the area of the marina (Marina Walk), partly of high quality, certainly high priced everywhere.

Home away from home... Located on the Marina, it offers nice views, best breakfast in town, along with a selection of fine dining (like Ruya) and bars.
Rooms are wide, often with a balcony, service is perfect. Special mention for their Bulgary amenities

Went there to visit a friend who was staying there.

Came here for the Indian restaurant "Indigo by Vineet". Awesome food, although slightly pricey!

With high expectations arrived and after only few minutes these were exceeded. Here the meaning of service is redefined. No matter in which situation or whatever concerns, every wish is read from the lips. In particular, the room service and the service during the meal is outstanding. The location is perfect. Quality and quantity of breakfast also perfect. The various evening restaurants have also earned 5 stars. There is nothing negative. Unfortunately, we have been allowed to enjoy this luxury hotel only now and in the third attempt to Dubai. We will be back!

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, good food, comfortable rooms, great gym - seriously impressed by this place and it provides a regular shuttle to its sister hotel, Royal Meridien, where you're able to use the larger pool facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing? It is like going home! All the staff are so wonderful. No other hotel can compare! Feel very spoilt and honoured to be able to visit the hotel regularly. It certainly cannot be beaten - we have tried on numerous occasions and stayed at other hotels but have come to the conclusion - The Grosvenor House, Dubai is, without a doubt, SIMPLY THE BEST!!

Excellent hotel with excellent ambiance. Beautifull Bar 44 is opening stunning nught view to night Marina. Hotel has 14 F&B outlets.

Please correct your opening hours for Thursday it should be 6 pm to 3 am

GH is great (staff etc.) and 6 stars would be fair, but because of the loudspeakers from the beautifull mosque close to GH our sleep was interrupted several times :-( and there -2 stars - only 4stars instead of 6

Went for a lunch in the main restaurant and it was very nice experience. Food quality and selection was great. Highly recommended.

Grovenor House is one of those hotels where the staff go out of their way to ensure your experience is great. I stay there regularly when in dubai, the staff are always immaculately turned out, accomodating, make the effort to go above and beyond. the rooms are immaculate and the facilities are beautiful. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing facilitys the apartment area has spacious rooms with a ling sized bed for 2 and amazingly presented bathrooms with a big bath and a shower also reasonly sized living/dining room and the hotel seems to be fairly large

I had a really pleasant stay here. Their customer interaction is rooms are beautiful and well equipped.

Best hotel best food best people. Raja, Jose, Adil, Shyam, Richell and everyone are extremely welcoming and professional. The word NO doesn't exist in the dictionary of GH. GH is home for me! Greatest hotel ever in the industry!

A little tired in places, but has amazing restaurants

Great rooms, lounge, restaurants and service. Home of Buddah Lounge and Sidharta Lounge which are both breath-taking

Ideal hotel

The location is ideal and decoration of the hotel is next to none
Should offer free shuttle from airport/hotel (as little thing make the different for 5* hotel)
Upon arrival there were no drinks and cold towels (for 5 * hotel??)
Have some issue with check-in but eventually has been resolved.
The staffs for the most part are a real pleasure

Enjoyed breakfast & dinner @ Sloan's restaurant (amzing food & services)

In summary it may appear as it just seems to of lost those little touches it had that once made it so special.

Excelent hotel to stay in, fantastic staff cant do enough for you and luxury that you dont want to leave... fully recommend staying here you will not be disapointed...calm relaxing holiday with fab food and good athmosphere, will defo come back .

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, views over the marina were spectacular, staff here are very friendly and eager to help. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in.

This is the most luxurious hotel in Dubai with two pools two gyms two spa several restaurants and extraordinary services. I was there at least 10-15 times in the past few months.
