Both rooms and facility is great. The staff is the real issue to be precisie a manager with the name deeraj was totally unprofessional. After I made a reservation and requested an early check in since I couldn t select a previous date (thanks to the SPG app ) I called an operator on my way to the hotel to check in at 2 am. The operator said your reservation is on the system so I assumed the room is ready it was clear to her that I was on the way to hotel. I got there to be surprised by a very entitled manager called deeraj. It was my first time to get the urge to hit someone on the face. The manager tried to tell me what I already know and couldn t shut his mouth trying to make me admit that I was wrong for being early and the operator was clear about the room ready which she was not. The funny fact is that there was a room and another manager helped us. To summarize very good hotel if you don t see deeraj.

There is very attractive pool zone in the Tower 1. Water is warm and clean, without chemical smell - my 2 years old son is really excited and swim every single day.

Staff also in the highest level. Always ready to help. There are kids auto seats in the hotel for their taxi cars.

All staff very nicely communicates with the child, calmly refers to his troubled behavior.

I visited the men's salon and impressed by standard and service. Easy access and good location

A beautiful hotel close to the Marina. The staff is always there to help you with a smile. The breakfast is amazing and if you seat outside you have a nice view on the Marina. The rooms are very quiet.

Do not use the Concierge! I have an order below for my friends birthday however, the items in the attached picture was sent.
I have paid US$33 for these regular fruits in a plate and 5 strawberries. I am completely disappointed particularly with the fruit basket. Not only the quality of the fruits but also the way it is presented.
When it says basket I would have imagined something really in a basket, with a better quality fruits and arrangement. I found the full package very sloppy and I regret sending this to my friends.

Best place in Dubai. Book here, use the Le Meridian Hotel's beach cabanas. I can not say enough great things about the staff and hotel.

Amazing architecture and awesome ambiance with a very friendly staff.

We stayed here in the suite and it was incredibly spacious and very comfortable, very classy, had access to the lounge where dinner and breakfast were served, service top notch and breath taking views.

It was amazing. We had dinner at indego by Vineet. The restaurant is known for being the best Indian food in Dubai and it certainly lived up to its name.

The Grosvenor house is a massive luxury hotel near the Palm Jumeriah. In a city full of luxury hotels, it is average based on the others I've seen, but compared to most other cities, it's palatial. It is about 40 minutes from the airport so be prepared for a long ride.

The check-in experience was great, especially the welcome drink that they give you when you come in. The hotel itself has a nice executive lounge with drinks and food, so try to make it if possible (from 6 to 8PM). There are quite a few nice restaurants and bars on the premise, especially the siddharta lounge. Highly recommend getting some drinks there and enjoying the view.

I was luckily upgraded to a small suite on a high floor, so I had great views and some roaming space. The place was comfortable and again well appointed, except there was a lack of outlets in convenient places. Biggest gripes about luxury hotels... nothing annoys your guests more than digging around for an outlet to charge their phones. The bathroom was great, stocked with very comfortable robes, bath sheets, and Bvlgari bath products. The small bar area was nice as well, except for the piss-poor coffee on offer.

Overall, may or may not come back in the future. There are plenty of luxury hotels in the area, so this one didn't wow enough to justify an immediate return.

Excellent customer service, the best hotel in the marina by far with several superb resturants in the complex from Buddha bar to Rhodes resturant.

The best dining options in Dubai. Buddha bar and the Latino diner are a must.

We were eating friday brunch there. The restaurant was Ruya. It was not typical brunch idea, because the food was served to the tables. There was enough food but I did not enjoyed it so much. And what was unusual they served only one drink at the time. The music was so loud that you coudn't speak or hear anything. Servise was okay but sometimes you needed to wait too long.
