Grosvenor House Dubai Review

Probably the best hotel in Dubai, all the facilities and amenities you need but more importantly the service and the staff. Staff are always exceeding my expectations and with such personalised service. Won't stay anywhere else

Been here twice in the last 2 month what can you say just love the place

Nice amenities. Buffet lunch the best. Friendly staff

I had a bad Experince when I checked in two days ago, the wifi service was disconnected/broken for two days... it is ok, things go wrong but reception staff should have told me before processing the payment..

Now WiFi back to service and it should be ok... the hotel is still good to some extend and hence I evaluate it 3 to for stars in this review..

You need to go to hotel reception to update your card from time to time during your stay..

Eloquent staff, great view, reasonable breakfast and all in all great stay

Spectacular hotel! The epitomy of luxury. Service is outstanding. The hotel is stunning both inside and out and if you are lucky enough to get a high floor the view is great. The marina is on your door step with restaurants and night life. Rooms are huge and comfy. Everything you could want. The only downside is that room service is not that great. I'd suggest heading outside for better quality and better value food.

Twinned with the Royal Meridien you have a choice of two excellent hotels.We love the marina location and our room at the Grosvenor had amazing views.

We had an amazing stay at Grosvenor house from the moment we checked in. The property is beautiful with every last detail considered down to the flowers in the lobby and the rooms. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom large with a very nice soaker tub. The breakfast buffet had tons of options from all types of cuisine and they were also willing to make other things at your request. The pool area is beautiful and quite big, so it's easy to find a quiet corner even when it's busy. They have a partnership with Le Meridian and a regular shuttle that runs between the two hotels, so it's easy to get to the beach and use the other facilities (Le Meridian also has a beautiful pool and huge play area for kids).

What set this hotel apart for me from other luxury properties in Dubai was the staff. They made it feel like a very personal experience, which can be hard to do in such a big hotel. A special mention is due to June at the concierge desk who helped us with great recommendations and really took the time to get to know us. I will definitely choose Grosvenor House next time I'm in Dubai!

I went there for company conference, really nice hotel, friendly staff, good food and very easy to get to.

Located right on the marina, the hotel staff are friendly, room is spotless with bvlgari bath amenities. Check in was easy, I arrived early and my room was ready. I got a room with a beach view. Breakfast was delicious with a selection of different dishes, I loved the iced latte. Buddha Bar in the hotel is a nice hang out spot with beautiful upbeat music.

Great hotel located in the heart of the Dubai Marina. The rooms are very large and pretty luxurious. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and totally worth the price.

Spacious modern luxury rooms. Yet somehow difficult to sleep in. A bit chilly, dry maybe, can't quite put my finger on it. Do cover the smart touch panels dotted around for controlling the rokm

Beautiful 5 star hotel! the setting is quite sumptuous and exotic. The staff is also very attentive to the clientele and extremely friendly.

Set in 2 high-rise towers overlooking the Dubai Marina, this luxury hotel is a 4-minute walk from the Marina Promenade ferry terminal and 10 km from the Mall of the Emirates.
The plush rooms and suites feature butler services, marina views and designer toiletries, plus free Wi-Fi, flat-screens and DVD/CD players. Some also include marble bathrooms and balconies. Suites add kitchenettes and living rooms, while apartments have kitchens.

We regularly stay at Grosvenor House hotel in Dubai, it is absolutely fantastic. The beds are super comfy, the restaurants are fabulous but most of all, the staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble. I m completely relaxed whenever I stay because they look after us so well. Special thanks to Mr Anshul Soi, who makes us feel so welcome and takes care of us above and beyond! Thank you all so much. We recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

A great place to stay when you are in Dubai. Good restaurants and amenities and you can use the facilities at Le Meriden Hotel if you like a beach scene.
