Grosvenor House Dubai Review

Best hotel room I've had in a long time and with an early check in.

one of the best breakfast I had . Service at high level !

We stayed for a few nights in the Grosvenor House Hotel as a birthday treat. The hotel went above and beyond in terms of catering to our every need, from helping address a list of things I wanted to pre-book for the birthday to providing us a gluten and dairy-free cake (amazing!) as well as ensuring the decor of the apartment we rented had balloons and a happy birthday sign. I couldn't have asked for more, even the staff knew it was for a birthday which made the trip feel special. We will be staying again and in the hotel collection.

Very nice atmosphere, the excellent 5 star hotel and very clean rooms .im really like it.

The Location! You cant beat the location!
If you're in Dubai, this is one of rhe best hotels you can stay in. Great views and close to the marina.

Fabulous Hotel, great location, fantastic choice of restaurants & bars inc budda bar within the hotel. But most of all, what sets this hotel apart, is the Staff. From Housekeeping to Management, they can't do enough for you. Your a person not a number. Highly Recommend for any stay in Dubai.

Went for brunch at Ruya. Great value. Amazing vibe. Highly recommended.

.. Hotel is deducted after you leave after you live in jealousy ... Everything is available in it for the traveler from the reception and spacious rooms and explanation and location and everything beautiful, for information I have lived in it more than 10 times and wanted to repeat the visit

Good venue for corporate meetings. Good Hall size. Decent food options. Need to be sure on food selection. Good staff and service. Clean, good location. Valet available

5-star hotel with great restaurant options. Minus one star for the chaos at valet parking. I recommend clearly demarcating the valet queues from the taxi queue. People were cutting in line, causing a long wait to pick up / drop off car.

A really lovely luxury hotel. We stayed at the sister property to this hotel (The Le Royal Meridian) but we would often visit this hotel as we found the restaurants, food and service to be significantly better. We also liked the location of hotel on the Marina which was surrounded my many restaurants. We really enjoyed walking around the Marina in the evenings.

Went to Ruya an avantgarde Turkish restaurant. It's certainly upscale however the noise element is very high, hence not suitable for dinner meetings. But could be interesting for casual gatherings. View of the marina is exceptional

Beautiful hotel! with Italian staff especially Giulia who helped us plan and book all the most beautiful places in Dubai !!

Hotel supplied a baby cot that is like NHS war bed. Was not impressed. Staff where not clear/knew policy for half board and with sister hotel. Meals for our son where charged (under 2's eat for free) at the end it was removed from the bill. Lastly the hot water tap in the bath came loose so unable to use.
Otherwise 85% staff was amazing especially with our son. Would go back but with hope that with all the management they can tighten up on what rules so guest do not have to bring it up.

High class hotel. The view to the palm island was not so well from 6 Th Floor.

We had a 2 night stay in room 3403 last month. Everything in this hotel is perfect. Check in was breeze. Asked for room on higher floor and was assigned a room on 34th floor with sweeping views of Palm & Arabian sea.

Hotel lobby is huge decorated with fresh flowers which give a very soothing feel.

Breakfast had a great variety and it's delicious.

Room is large and spacious in immaculate condition. I requested for a hard mattress and it was done promptly. Staff is very warm and friendly with happy to help attitude.

Had a chance to visit Buddha bar and it's literally stunning.

You also get shuttle and beach + pool access at Le Royal which is another must visit.

Overall an excellent hotel and a must visit whether it's for a business trip or a family vacation.

An exquisite place to have staycation and parties. Excellent decorations at Christmas and New Year Eve!

There's a reason the hotel is a part of the luxury collection. The staff are alive and extremely warm. You are taken care of exceptionally well. Their restaurants provide you with plenty of options. Buddha bar is a brilliant lounge and the food excellent. Pamper yourself!

Good location. Almost in the center of Dubai Marina. A nice place for any visit of having lunch or dinner, or just pleasant for having a cup of coffee or tea.

Excellent welcome, superb service and elegance room will be your memories about this hotel. They only problem is, hotel doesn't have private beach!
