Grosvenor House Dubai Review

We had a fantastic stay here this weekend. From the minuet you pull up out front you are looked after, the staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel lobby alone is beautiful with fresh flowers decorating the reception area. The rooms are functional, comfortable and full of all the essential and all the luxuries. The pool area is lovely and again the staff are very attentive helping with umbrellas and bringing drinks and regular ice top ups. The food is insane, Sloans buffet is amazing for breakfast and the evening meal!!! I loved it!!!

Chic hotel. The service is impeccable: the room is cleaned twice a day, fruit is on the tag, chocolate is on the pillow, 4 towels each. Breakfast is great: rolls, red fish, cereals, pancakes, eggs in different variations, in general, a lot of things. Free shuttle bus to the beach every 15 minutes, but in 7 minute increments. Swimming pool, spa.

One of the classiest places in town, also hosts the Bhudda Bar

Terrible place. Not for good people nor for gents or even decent person. It's a shame for Dubai.

I feel happy staying at this hotel for its excellent service, but even better. I feel satisfied because, being located here, I was offered travel services with the company "SHAN TOURS", and I had the opportunity to visit beautiful places thanks to the company tourism, the staff was prepared at all times attentive and friendly, great experience

Beautiful hotel in a great location. If you are a fan of SPG properties then this hotel should definitely be on your 'to stay' list. Great room, amazing breakfast, excellent staff. It is also an ideal location from which to tour the Marina area or visit the Buddha Bar.

Spectacular location on the Burj Khalifa skyline. Cozy and refined environment. Excellent service, professional staff, very kind and friendly. Menu also in Italian, varied and captivating, in particular seafood dishes; rich selection of Italian wines. Delicious risotto with sea urchins. Recommended.

One of the best place to visit in the heart of Marina in Dubai.

Love this place - it combines the best of a hotel & a serviced apartment. Ideal for longer stays. Staff is really super friendly & so helpful. Watch out for Ravi at the breakfast area - this guy is the friendliest waiter ever & makes all your breakfast wishes coming true ...

It's posh.. just having Bulgari for their complimentary toiletries is enough..

Wonderful place. The best hotel I've ever been to. All very cordial, two people at the Italian-speaking reception, delicious and overwhelming breakfast, large and spotless rooms. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Visit and stay at Grosvenor House the luxurious Hotel in the heart of marina

One of the nest hotels in the area. Friendly staff, large rooms, our was aprx. 100sqm with views over the marina.

I was growing increasingly fond of Dubai and felt it was on an upward trend politically and socially but following the latest, disgusting, human right's abuses it is off my travel itinerary permanently. Thoughts of the political masters aside, this hotel is delightful, the accomodation plush and there are a decent variety of restaurants, an adequate but not up to par, gym, and a pool at which you have to make the most of early in the day before it loses the sun. Added to which is at the water's edge and a short distance from all manner of eateries. The water taxis used to get about are rather fun.

This hotel had a great choice of lounges and restaurants and is right in the marina with a great view.

Just the best hotel I ever stayed in. From airport shuttle to the end they are just top class. Waiter at breakfast had hot milk on the table before I even sat down for breakfast as he remembered from the previous morning that I requested hot milk for my porridge - now that is real service. I have never seen a hotel where everyone is so helpful, friendly and professional. Would definitely visit again!

This hotel is so luxurious and pretty. It is relaxing. It is so big and the room we stayed in was so spacious. The assistance they have is amazing. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Budha bar is based here, an upscale restaurant and bar.

Great and modern building. Fantastic lobby. In cooperation with Meridian. The hotel restaurant with buffet was great. Great food and very friendly service. We had a table outside. Great evening mood with a view of the marina

5 star hotel with some very nice restaurants. Also a great cigar bar lounge at the top.

Complicated to reach, this place offers excellent Indian dining at Indego.

I really cannot rate the staff that work in this hotel high enough. Every single person that we passed on our 12 night stay would say hello or ask how we were. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome.

I would particularly like to mention Brian Aytes, one of the managers, who went out of his way on more than one occasion to ensure that we had a wonderful holiday. Also all the staff at the excellent 5th Floor Executive lounge who are outstanding.

The bedrooms at the hotel are clean, very large with comfortable beds and excellent facilities. Some views are better than others, and some positions within the building are noisier than others, so be sure to check beforehand if you are noise sensitive.

The pool at Tower one only has the sun for one hour a day. But Tower Two has the sun until around 3pm. Once again, all staff around the pool are friendly and attentive.

The hotel has the use of the pools and facilities at it s sister hotel across the road, The Royal Meridien. There are 3 lovely pools there, beautiful grounds and a lovely beach, and never a problem getting a sun bed. However, there is currently building work on 2 sides of the hotel and it is extremely noisy until works are completed.

Food at the hotel is excellent and of the highest quality. There are many restaurants to choose from - even the room service was excellent.

The location is fantastic as you are able to take a short walk to JBR The Walk as well as the various restaurants at The Marina. All other places are a short cab ride away, and cabs are very cheap in Dubai.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach if you d rather not cross the road, as well as a regular free service to Emirates Mall.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, apart from the noise (which is not the hotels fault), I cannot say a bad word about this hotel or it s wonderful staff.
