Grosman, Grosman & Gale LLP Review

Jordan Epstein, of Grosman, Gale, Fletcher, Hopkins Law Firm, was suggested to me by a lawyer from another firm who advised that Jordan would be the best fit for my situation. By the conclusion of the first meeting I was convinced that I had placed my trust in the hands of a professional with an excellent grasp on my employment story and it's implications in terms of Justice. Throughout the entire journey I was fully informed of the strategy we would engage, along with the tactics and anticipated outcomes. I trusted Jordan's recommendations throughout the process and we experienced the success I was hoping to achieve. I highly recommend Jordan Epstein as an Employment Lawyer!

Being in a situation where I needed to review a severance package from my previous employer, I reached out to the firm and met with Madeleine Werker for an hour consultation. The administrative staff were polite and helpful in connecting me with Madeleine based on my budget and needs. Madeleine was great! She listened to me and worked with my situation to try and work out the best strategy for me to approach the severance payout, and I ended up receiving an extra 50 percent payout with the help of her advice.

I was little late and he refused to take me even after the appointment.I told him I am paying for an hour either way then he spent half hour and i paid for full hour.It wasn't helpful and even they said they will call me after initial consultation but they never did and he also mentioned I won't get anything from my employer.I retained another lawyer and got good compensation.

This law firm is a joke. Legal services is atrocious.

Their receptionist is very disorganized. I was charged $535 instead of $339. I have to call and ask for refund. She also gossips to this older woman who I think is another employee. I was not impressed with how they handled the consultation process and how they handled my case throughout the process.

I found the communication with the firm to be very difficult and they did not return phone calls and emails on multiple occasions. After paying a considerable amount of money I did not receive the services I believed I was promised. The firm made misrepresentations to me on at least one occasion. I cannot in good conscience recommend Grosman Gale Fletcher Hopkins LLP.

Horrible service. My case took two years for them to do something. I followed up for two years and I was completely ignored. Their treatment to my file is unprofessional. Would never recommend. They will only take your retainer money and then you're nothing to them after that. Worst law firm services.

Amazing experience from the very first contact. Not only amazing at handling the legal aspect, but also being a comfort to me in a time of turmoil. Having already been wrongfully dismissed, Maddie handle my case with professionalism, but also helped manage my emotions in times when I would become overwhelmed. The communication was open and easy for me to understand exactly what was going on. At no time did I feel like Maddie was using overly excessive legal jargon, but was very diligent in making sure I was up to date on everything. Unfortunately the experience was a big waste of time and money. They will screen your case in advance and tell you to come in for a meeting. You will end up paying them $400 to be told in the first 5 mins your case is not worth the time. Cash grab. They only want to work with highly profitable cases only, managers, execs in the 100k + .
