I worked with Jordan to review the terms of my termination, and I couldn't recommend this firm more. This was my first time going through this process, and Jordan walked me through my legal rights, what I should be entitled to in addition to the ESA, and helped me figure out my next steps with regard to responding to my employer. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, and Jordan was especially approachable. He explained things simply and clearly without a hint of condescension. Being let go from a company is invariably an unpleasant process, but I walked away feeling much more prepared to negotiate with my employer.
